“Leider lief wohl bei der Buchung etwas schief, auf meinen Schlüssel konnte ich nachdem die Rezeption geschlossen war nicht zugreifen. Telefonisch konnte ich jemanden erreichen, er musste extra vorbeikommen. War sehr bemüht, leider konnte ich den Saunabereich dadurch nicht mehr nutzen...”

“The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. ”

“Nice quiet location. There is a pub attached with food and drinks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. I was surprised some of the lighting was still using fluorescent tubes in the rooms. The food was on offer for breakfast was varied and something for all tastes. I would stay again”

“It's very clean. Definetely. Just some details that I did not like at all. In the gym area there are very good restrooms, but no hand soap... dispensers completely empty. And the outside retaurant is ridiculous. The rest is fine, clean, very clean, and the restaurant is fantastic. ”

Allerdings kann ich nur ein Gut geben und verstehe die hervorragenden Bewertungen nicht, hier hätte dann doch einiges besser sein müssen. Der Poolbereich war sehr schön, das Wasser hatte eine angenehme Temperatur, es war alles sauber, schöne Liegen. Allerdings ist der Saunabereich nicht optimal, die Saunen waren zu kalt, besonders das Dampfbad kam überhaupt nicht auf Temperatur, auch die...
