“We were in Italy for a family holiday. I chose Malcesine for its proximity to hiking and biking - it was as I had hoped. I chose the villa for its location, authentic Italian charm and the view. It was as we had hoped it would be and more. The view was spectacular. Jeanne was super helpful and sweet. She made us feel very welcomed and offered great advice. Besonders für kürzere Aufenthalte geeignet, da auf Dauer wahrscheinlich eine Küche fehlen würde. “Die Lage direkt am See mit privatem Steg ist exzellent (der „Strand“ ist allerdings steinig) Die Straße „oben“ ist vom Haus aus kaum zu hören, allerdings die Wellen bei Nacht. Am Essplatz mit großem Tisch aus Marmor haben wir sehr nette Abende verbracht. Die Architektur ist aus den späten 60ern oder frühen 70ern und hat viel Charme - auch wenn es langsam Zeit für eine Renovierung wird und ein richtiger Backofen anstatt des Minigrills geboten wäre. “In dem Haus war alles vorhanden. Typisches italienisches Ferienhaus, großes Naturgrundstück, Blick auf den See und die Berge. Die Zufahrt ist etwas versteckt, wir wurden am Anfang der Straße abgeholt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank.”
