The space
Welcome to a spacious private group apartment in Vršovice, one of Prague’s liveliest residential neighbourhoods.

The apartment is designed for groups of friends, families and work teams who want to stay together under one roof. It includes three bedrooms, a large living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a generous dining table and 2.5 bathrooms.

Enjoy billiards, foosball and darts, plus fast Wi-Fi, large TV, a washer, dryer and dishwasher.

Sleeping arrangements:
- Bedroom 1: double bed, bunk bed, extra bed and single bed (up to 6 guests)
- Bedroom 2: double bed and single bed (up to 3)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (up to 2)
- Living area: two sofas (up to 4)
- Additional floor mattresses can be prepared for larger groups

The city centre is approximately 15–20 minutes away by tram. Vršovice itself offers cafés, restaurants, bars, parks and beautiful local architecture.

This is a residential building. The apartment is designed for social group stays. We simply ask guests to respect our neighbours, keep noise at a reasonable level—especially at night—and ensure that everyone entering the property is included in the reservation. Please review the sleeping layout before booking, especially for groups of more than 16 guests.

Guest access
Our accommodation is located in a well-equipped building that provides both security and comfort. Upon arrival, guests receive two keys — one for access to the main building and another for the apartment itself.

A dedicated indoor smoking room is available. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all other areas of the apartment and building.

For the safety of guests and the property, a security camera system is installed at the apartment entrance.

Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement, depending on other reservations.
