Abbiamo prenotato due camere con balcone convinti dalle foto messe sul sito che ci fosse l'aria condizionata e che il balcone fosse un vero balcone.Invece ci siamo trovati una ringhiera di ferro davanti una porta finestra che non avevamo mai visto nelle foto.In stanza sembrava di essere in un forno,c'era un ventilatore che non smuoveva nemmeno l'aria e non potevamo tenere la finestra aperta perchè con il traffico in strada non potevamo dormire.Ci è sembrata una grande presa di giro.Le camere spaziose e pulite,il bagno grande e comodo e anche i materassi.Lenzuola lise e con strappi.Cucina pulita funzionale e completa di tutto,anche di zucchero,sale e caffè solubile.Consiglio questo residence solo in periodi con temperature meno calde,altrimenti impossibile starci.Una cosa davvero stupenda è il ristorante sotto.Si mangia bene,il personale è gentilissimo e si spende davvero ma davvero poco!

We checked the room you stayed in with the one you booked and it was correct. Please let me to inform you, that we have two room types with balcony: 1) Standard Studio with balcony - this one was booked by you. There is no aircondition either big balcony on the photos, as the balcony is smaller, but the room is much bigger 2) Comfort Studio with balcony is smaller apartment with bigger balcony, there are photos of balcony and aircondition. We are really sorry, however you probably accidentally booked a bad room type according to your description of the one you looked at. It is a shame you did not let us know about your doubs about the room during your stay. Sure we could find some soulution to make your stay better. We hope in your understanding. Validissima alternativa all'albergo
Un residence molto pulito, con reception aperta salvo durante la notte, camera spaziosa e ben attrezzata anche se bagno un po' angusto. L'area è assolutamente strategica, a 50 metri dalla stazione dei bus e della metro e a distanza percorribile a piedi dal centro.

Appartamento molto comodo e essenziale
Appartamento molto comodo per la vicinanza alle attrazioni che offre la città, situato a 500 metri da piazza della Repubblica e dal centro commerciale più grosso della città . Molto comoda la fermata delle due linee della metro con cui puoi arrivare in un attimo dall'altra parte della città. La stanza è ben riscaldata e molto spaziosa, il bagno un po' piccolino ma c'è comunque l'essenziale, angolo cucina utile per la colazione.

Confortevole residence a due passi dal centro.
Decisamente un comodo e tranquillo residence con tutti i confort: angolo cottura completo di stoviglie, frigo, microonde, TV. Staff gentile. Il ristorante poi è stata una vera rivelazione! Abbiamo mangiato una pizza buonissima ma anche i secondi piatti, il dolce e il gelato non erano da meno: buonissimi e soprattutto porzioni abbondanti! Veramente piacevole tornare la sera in albergo e gustare una buona cena accompagnata da ottima birra! Con costi veramente super contenuti! La vicinanza poi con la stazione della metro, della fermata dei tram, del market Billa e di McDonald aggiungono a questo hotel una marcia in più. Unico neo è stata la connessione Wi-Fi.

ottima scelta
L'hotel si trova vicinissimo alla Metro e anche a piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro (piazza venceslao) senza fatica. Di fronte c'è un market , a pochi metri un mc donalds e un pub nonchè altri locali. La camera è comoda ed il bagno anche, ho notato un pò di polvere ma niente di scandaloso. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi va a praga. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Ottimo Residence , a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Praga.Fermata metro vicino e personale disponibilissimo.Ristorante attaccato e ti offrono anche il servizio taxi per venirti a prendere e a lasciare in aereoporto.

Все отлично Единственное делали ремонт на этаже выше, много коммуникации из-за этого с рецепцией, но они максимально приветливы. Туалет/ ванна чисто, вай-фай адекватный.

Was not happy paying an £83 deposit on my card and only getting £60 back, no reason given. Other than that property is very good. I suggest, if you can you pay the deposit in cash, unfortunately I could not as had an early flight on checkout day.

Ett funktionellt boende nära city. Bra pris! Helt ok för två personer. Trevligt med tillgång till kök. En toalett för 3 rum för 9 personer var lite lite bökigt.

Perfect stay
Quite good location. We have enough space to place our belongings in the room. There is a fan, but no A/C. The housekeeping service is available every two days. The only downside is that the socket is not enough, especially when we used the adapter. However, it is not a big problem.

Blev bara en natt denna gång pga endast snabbvisit - men skulle lätt komma tillbaka hit nästa gång jag är i Prag. Vänlig och hjälpsam tjej i receptionen, lugnt boende på en vad som uppfattades som trygg gata, 1 minuts gångväg till tunnelbana (1 station från centralstationen) och 15 minuters promenad till Old Town square. Rent och fräscht. Mycket prisvärt!

Excellent place to stay if you’re on a budget, has a kitchen shared (luckily no one else fancied using it whilst we stayed there) and a shared bathroom. Bedrooms cleaned every other day, although we didn’t have our bed made more than once in seven days, we just got new towels.

Prag Florent metro istasyonunun hemen çıkışında. Heryerden ulaşım çok kolay. Tam merkezde. Yürüyerek old town square a 5 dakikada gittim. Apart otel şeklinde. Kimi odalarda banyo tuvalet yok, ortak kullanılıyor. Ben özel banyo tuvalet olanı aldım. Mutfakta çay kahve şeker herşey bolca var. Yalniz aynı otelin iki binası var. Ben yanlış yere gittim. Kapı kapalıydı çünkü resepsiyonda 22.00 den sonra kimse yoktu. Kapı şifresini önceden göndermişlerdi. Ancak ben yanlış binaya gittiğim için dışarıda kaldım. Acil telefon butonuna bastım ve oradan hemen iletişim kurduk. 5 dakika içinde gelip aldılar. Tabi ingilizce bilmek gerekiyor.

However, on each booking confirmation, there is an exact address of the room / apartment. We are very sorry for misunderstanding with the address. Hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Rezidence liegt 2 min Fußweg einer großen U-Bahn Station mit Bus und Tram weg, mit der man überall hinfahren kann.

Sehr gute Lage und Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Neuwertiges Bad, kleine Küche Zeile, Balkon, viele gute Restaurants und Bars fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer machte einen guten Eindruck. Der Aufzug ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber es gibt eine Treppe um die Zimmer zu erreichen.

During my check-in, the staff attitude was bad. When I asked question, he stopped me and said rudely that waited until I finished. When he finished, he did not ask me what was my question. I had to check with him "Are you finish ?" By the time he was very unpatient & impolite. The staff is a guy aged 20 something & with brone hair. Other staffs are good and helpful. Regarding the cups, plates etc. , some were not cleaned after used. They should check & clean before other room guests stay in.

The residence is clean with a well equipped small kitchen. Staff are very nice.

The lady at check in was wonderful. All of the staff was really but she was extra helpful to us. I was sick and she opened a little early and arranged for us to get our room earlier as there was surprisingly one available. She was also very kind. The man who checked us out did so very fast as well. Overall, the staff was so easy to deal with and we had great customer service. The room was clean with the TV having a few music channels and news channels I believe in English. The main bathroom in our private room’s apartment (there was 2 private rooms that shared the amenities of the apartment such as 2 bathrooms and a kitchen) had a deep bath tub and hair dryer. This apartment building also has a small elevator and an inexpensive Italian restaurant in it that has good pasta. We had the duck tagliatelle which was superb. There is a Billa grocery store within a few minutes walk, just behind the building, and the Florenc train station is right in front of the apartments. 20 minute walk to the Old Town and 40 minute walk to Prague Castle. None of the walk is uphill either, except for when you are walking up to the Castle of course. The only downsides of this apartment were that our oven did not work but I am sure they have fixed it by now as they said they had a repair man coming. The other downside was that the bed was pretty firm but it was not the worst I have slept on in Eastern Europe. The pillows and blankets were very comfy though and made up for it. Overall, great value! :)

Personal de recepción muy amables y serviciale. Baño y habitación limpio. Hotel a 15 mint caminando al centro histórico . 100% Recomendado. Nota: el depósito por habitación son 100€ Cual puede ser en efectivo o tarjeta de crédito , mismo que se devuelve Después del check out.
