Please, be informed that a new apartment block is currently under construction next to our property. This construction is being operated by a third-party organization, and there may be building noise during standard working hours each day. While most apartments are unaffected, some may experience mild disruptions. Additionally, you may encounter workers or materials near the building entrance, which is currently unpaved.
To acknowledge this and enhance the value of your stay, we have adjusted our rates to offer you the best possible pricing for these brand-new apartments.

➤ CHECK-IN AND CITY TAX
All guests, including Czech citizens, are required by law to complete an online check-in form before check-in. This includes providing ID information and paying a city tourist tax. You will receive a secure link to complete the necessary information.

➤ GUEST COUNT
Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. The apartment will be prepared for the number of guests you booked.

➤ CHILD SAFETY
Please note that while the apartment is family-friendly, it has not been childproofed. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safety during their stay.

Charming Apartment - Close to Amenities

We enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and as described and pictured on the site! We couldn’t adjust the temperature, and we found it to be too warm for us, but there is a sign to contact them with any trouble with the heating system - we just didn’t.
