“Mercearia d'Alegria Boutique is a little jewel in Peniche. The place is nice, it has a big patio where to chill and chat, the staff is super nice and helpful. The breakfast until 8pm is a must that all places should have. There is free parking all around the B&B and a free rental bike service which is great. My room was big and well furnished, a little bit humid but very clean. I will go back.”

“Sehr schönes Hostel. Neue und sehr schöne Zimmer. Wie im Hotel. Großer Aufenthaltsbereich, sehr gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche. Sehr freundliches Personal. Busbahnhof, Strand und Zentrum in der Nähe. Alles bestens.”

“The location is great - walking distance to surf and restaurants, the space in the room we stayed in was good and had a private balcony and the common areas were generally clean. A couple of strange things - for somewhere that is a "shared house"/hostel type the people who work/"hosts" were very unfriendly, there were 2 females who wouldn't even acknowledge us during our stay (walking into the kitchen and wouldn't even make eye contact or make conversation - mind you I commented on their food...

“The owner Susana was really friendly and helpful, the room is a 10/10 and also the pool & outside area is beautiful and perfect to relax. The only improvable thing is that the door is poorly soundproofed. All in all i would really recommend the Pata da Gaivota Boutique House :)”
