Dalla villa godrete di una meravigliosa vista e respirerete i profumi della costa di (URL HIDDEN) villa è dislocata su uno spazio complessivo di circa 100 metri quadrati. Dispone di un terrazzo privato ampio ed abitabile con vista sul mare, un giardino privato, aria condizionata e riscaldamento. La villa si erge in una zona pedonale, nel centro storico settecentesco di Praiano,perla della costiera amalfitana,dista circa 100 metri da un negozio di alimentari superfornitissimo e dalla fermata dell'autobus locale.Potrete scegliere il vostro preferito tra un'ampia scelta di ristoranti a circa1 km e un borgo incantevole con una spiaggia attrezzata con stabilimenti balneari,affitto barche e gommoni etc. a circa1.5 km.Raggiungerete la villa dall'area di parcheggio salendo lungo un percorso pedonale pubblico di circa 100 metri con una simpatica scalinata di circa 66 gradini.Durante la vostra permanenza non sarete obbligati ad usare la vostra auto per soggiornare.

EXCELLENT location. Very central. Walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. I would take the bus back from the beach because going down steps is much easier than going up!

We loved this property and Anna Marie. There is a church courtyard below and we really enjoyed watching families from 2 to 82 having fun together.

The villa has two bathrooms that are not ensuite. Annamarie was very helpful with arranging a van for us to go to and from Napoli. The villa has 65 steps to get there from the bus stop.

What an amazing place to stay along the Amalfi Coast! A massive outdoor area with splendid views, a private tanning area and shower, a hammock and rustic dining area. This is a spacious villa, with 2 large bedrooms each with balconies, antique bedroom furniture and an armoir for storage in the hall. The front room has a big TV and comfortable seating for 4. The kitchen was super nice with coastal ambience and charm. The A/C worked well and we could not be happier with stay, Annamarie’s hosting, and her attention to detail. For hikers: The house is literally at one of the starting points to the Path of the Gods in Praiano! An exeptional property for a once in a lifetime experience on the coast.

This is an amazing villa in a delightful town that has retained a real sense of community despite the increased tourism that exists int eh Amalfi coast. The best part- the host. AnnaMaria is just fantastic and one of the best hosts I have ever interacted with across these platforms. She is responsive, helpful, incredibly kind, and her place is kept up beautifully. It is situated right above a lovely church courtyard- so be aware there are church bells ringing while you are staying there during the day. It is all part of the charm. AnnaMaria meets you for check in- walks your though everything you need to know- and will even help with bags. It’s just a beautiful place to spend some time and I highly recommend it. It was our second time in this space and we will return!

Otroligt vackert boende med allt man kan behöva. Rent och fräscht och överensstämmer riktigt bra med bilder i annonsen.Väldigt lätt att få kontakt med värdinnan och hon svarar snabbt på frågor och hjälpsam med vad man än behöver.

So beautiful!

We had a a wonderful stay in this villa. AnnaMaria was an amazing host and she has a beautiful garden she shared with us. She gave us restaurant recommendations and beach ideas. We loved the IL Playa Beach Club if you want to be on the water for a day. Would love to come back!

Anna Maria was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was easy to get to either by cab or walking . Anna Marita was very helpful with helping make arrangements for drivers and activities- lovely lady. Great place, great time!

Amazing Stay

Amazing villa, perfect place for 2 couples. We took the bus to Positano and Amalfi and walked to restaurants around town. Annamaria was wonderful and easy to work with.

Amazing Amalfi location

Our group absolutely adored AnnaMaria and her place! Excellent location in a sweet little town, close to Positano if you want to explore there. We ended up staying in Praiano our whole trip, enjoying the sunshine on the amazing terrace, eating at local restaurants, and hiking the Path of Gods. AnnaMaria was so accommodating and gave lots of recommendations for anything we had questions on. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the Amalfi coast but away from the business of the larger cities.

Step back in time with this beautiful property overlooking the Mediterranean!

We loved every minute of our stay at this villa! We stopped at the little market every morning for fresh food, then spent the day exploring before we came back to cook up a delicious meal! Antoinette was so lovely to work with, and helpful when we had a medical need. Highly recommend! !

Amazing, just like the reviews!!

This place was a dream and AnnaMaria was a wonderful host! We LOVED our stay. It was an absolutely beautiful villa with amazing views. Everything we hoped for and more. But if you bring a car you will have to pay a lot for parking fyi.

Beautiful apartment in Praiano!

This was a wonderful experience! The location of the apartment was perfect with many restaurants, grocery, and places to go and see. The view from the terrace was amazing and a wonderful space to have lunch or lay out enjoying the beautiful weather. Annamaria is an amazing hostess and provided so much support in planning prior to our trip and even more once we arrived. I cannot show our appreciation enough for how wonderful it was to meet her and stay in her lovely home. We will definitely visit again and stay here too!

AnnaMaria is lovely and wonderful to work with. Her property is very clean, beautiful and very comfortable. Outdoor patio is gorgeous with amazing views. Many things are in walking distance but just be aware there are many steps involved. The bus is very easy to use and there is a bus stop near the apartment.

Lovely getaway place, comfortable, amazing view peaceful

This was a very special place - beautifully decorated, patio has the most amazing few. Beds very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to local bus stop 15, and not too many stairs from there :). Anna Maria was great to work with and I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay in Praiano.

Beautiful place to stay and so happy we made the call to stay in praiano away from the crowds. Annamaria is the best host and her place is one of the best places we’ve stayed in over the years. Absolutely brilliant choice….5 stars!!!

Just lovely

We were fortunate enough to have found Anna Maria’s beautiful apartment. Her lovely hospitality was exceptional. We had a wonderful time and she was beyond helpful. The apartment itself is spacious and the lanai is incredible. We would highly recommend this property.
