“This is a perfect place to stay when in Fayetteville. The staff checking in was super nice. The whole place including the room was super clean and smelled clean. Parking was great. It was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend”

“Air conditioner would not really get the room cool even when turned down really low. Breakfast was very good. Parking was limited due to construction at the hotel. Beds were comfortable.”

“The staff was very helpful when ask any questions. The tv in the bedroom would not work and the front desk clerk came right up to fix it. There were a couple of maintenance cosmetic issues like the ceiling in the bathroom had peeled paint, doors chip paint in bathroom, bead putty bathroom door. Minor issues like that. But the hotel was clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. The exercise room have enough equipment to get in a nice workout. Not have a ice machine was a negative. The...

“Unfortunately, although it was a non-smoking room. It reeked of marijuana. Besides that these people were kind and helpful. They allowed me and my service cat and service dog to stay. My dog is afraid of big trucks and is very protective of me and a good judge of character.”

“I personally love the Graduate Hotel. They have the best happy hour downstairs and make an excellent club sandwich with fries. However we won’t be going back because my husband could not sleep with the mattress. To be honest the bed could use an upgrade. 😞”
