“The staff was friendly & courteous! The Gym was always opened with the latest machines! The Hot Tub was soothing!”

“First off there was blood spatter on the wall and ceiling. Floors were covered in dirt and dead bugs. The kitchen area had grease all over the wall. The microwave was disgusting. It was a smoking room with no ash trays, and there was ash all over the bed sheets. Need i say more?”

“The Graduate was just right. Great location. Quick and friendly check in. Got free parking for signing up for Hilton Honors. Quiet room, comfortable bed. Fun bar. Good breakfast and really good coffee. Who could ask for anything more?”

“Basement room is no go. I could hear footsteps upstairs. Wedding reception guests were loud, disrespectful of hotel guests, slamming the doors. Barely slept all 3 nights I stayed. Great location, but if you are a light sleeper and you are trying to relax in your room this place is not for you.”

“The room was soooo filthy we didn't stay....the room had bugs, both dead and alive; it stunk like an ash tray, despite being a "smoke free room"; when we asked why the room was so filthy we were told because the facility is an extended stay hotel...not sure what that has to do with proper cleaning but...word to all...DON'T STAY HERE!!!! The front desk told us, "This is what happens when you stay at a ghetto hotel". DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!”

“There was a constant beeping sound in the lobby that fortunately we could not hear in our room. We also could not hear the loud and constant rumbling sound that came from the property next door. The room smelled of old cigarette smoke. The bed side lamps had no light bulbs in them and everything on the night stand was unplugged. None of the 3 ice makers in the building were working. The shower curtain was literally hanging on by a thread. The hair dryer did not work because the plug casing...
