“The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud. However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel. I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia . I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all...

“Breakfast was room temperature at best. ”

“Having free passes to the gym and community pool nearby was good. Breakfast was good with choices of hot or cold food. The room had a couple spots missed of cleaning but not terrible. Staff was pleasant. Our biggest issue was cigarette smoke. Came through the air vents and almost forced us to leave the first night. ”

“The pool was under construction, but our room was amazing. We travel often, and these were some of the most comfortable beds we've had. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean. It was a wonderful stay. We will stay here again.”
