“The boxspring was broken so if you sat on one corner of the bed, it would hit the floor. We were on the fourth floor, and there was no water pressure. The showerhead was just a trickle. It was hard to rinse soap off of our bodies.”

“There were a few things in my room that needed repair, like a loose cupboard door. It didn't affect me, since I did not use the cupboards, but it didn't inspire confidence. The only other complaint I have is about the coffee at breakfast: not strong enough! Otherwise, I was pleased with the facility and the staff.”
