“Location, hotel ambiance ”

“The hotel is a bit "faded" but the staff were very kind. They did not speak English and I did not speak Hindi or Gujarati, so it was hard to communicate. I relied on other visitors who helped. Local food is excellent but it would help to have menus with pictures or descriptions of dishes if you intend to serve foreigners. It would help to make suggestions for standard meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner, also to sell basics at reception such as water or soft drinks. ”

“Simply beautiful, great location and excellent service. Self restaurant service was perfect and even room service better than expected. Nothing to complain at all. ”

“Access to the entrance is not handicap friendly , please improve with ramps . Breakfast buffet didnnot have many items that were listed . Front desk very helpful. ”

“Room was too small..Bathroom is dirty state..bedsheets dirry. Pillows cases ripped. Towels were roughand jad stains..water goes all over the floor after having shower..can slip easily. Cupboards were dirty .Safe was not working..i queried but staff didnt care to sort it out. Reception check in took ages and staff no greeting with curtesy. Breakfast was limited and not tempting atall. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Hygiene and safety not been considered. ”
