“We loved everything about this this town and hotel!! We will be back.”

“Walked into roomn and saw 4 cockroaches went down to the desk and asked for refund was told a refund would happen yet they refise to refund and expedia refuses to help get the refund . I am legally blind and this is how Expedia tgreats the disabled”

“The only issue was ice machines on floors Only main floor worked But that one also had purified water. Which was nice. I travel with my small dog and there were lots of dog people which was nice.”

“The room had not been vacuumed and we were not sure that the sheets were clean either. Very wrinkled when the comforter was turned back to get in bed. AC didn't cool the room. Breakfast available, but did not eat.”

“We asked for extra pillows and they drop it in hallway with no pillow case. To us that’s no acceptable way to treat queso’s.”

“What a wonderful welcome we had. We got in late, with our kids, and had just intended to sleep on our way to Orlando. Mom and dad needed to unwind but the bar was closed. The gentleman who checked us in recommended some wines, that are available through the hotel and grabbed us some wine glasses. We are so grateful for his extra care, even when we were there for just a short stay.”

“To start off with after we checked in the cart would not even hardly come into the room and could not pass at all by the furniture so to get our things off of the cart we had to leave the door open very poor Design. The carpet was dirty and smelled, the air conditioning was loud and left a lot of humidity in the air. The bathroom was nice until you went to try and hang your towel up and there was not a single towel bar nor one at the vanity……A tiny vanity where you could hardly set anything...

“My room wasn't cleaned for two straight days. Trash was in the parking lot. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very friendly and the free breakfast was nice.”
