“The room was full of dust from a dust storm the week prior. You could see outside between the door and wall. The floor was coming up in multiple spots. The lobby was dirty. We were charged a $175.00 damage fee due to coffee being spilled on the bed sheets. When stripping the bed there were weed stickers all over between the sheets and the mattress protector. Please do your due diligence and read the reviews before staying at this hotel. There are 2 restaurants and the Mexican one we ate in was...

“The staff at the desk were new and training, one gentleman had only been there for 4 days but the management was patient and the new hires were very friendly and out going!”

“Easy check in, very nice room. Beds and pillows very comfortable! Walk in shower was nice. Bathroom towels a tiny but rough but very absorbent. Tv worked well, easy to use remote (and that matters!) Breakfast options were wonderful and Susie the breakfast attendant was super nice and helped us find a cardboard box we needed.”

“We loved stay in a room with river view! The room was comfortable and clean, maybe the bath need a renovation but it was fine! Great location 3 minutes from the Yellowstone entrance and in the middle of Gardiner in a nice walkable area full of restaurant and shops. On our arrival we receive a refillable water bottle of Yellowstone, such a nice gift! And every night they give you a smoore pack! Kids loved also the pool and game room”

“What I did not like was the room did not come with any drawers anywhere, We were staying for a week and had to live out of our suitcases. The only hotel I have ever stayed in without a place to put your clothes. The other thing was the desk did not have a light fixture nor did it have any electrical outlets to recharge your phone or computer.”
