Peaceful Paradise

This property was PERFECT!!! Everything from the booking to the house to the location was just right. It exceeded our expectations in every way. We cannot say enough good thing about this place. We will definitely be going back.

Picture perfect

What a view! This is what you picture when you think of Montana. The home is beautiful and spacious. Large windows give panoramic views throughout the house. We visited in the winter and the cozy fireplace works great to keep everyone warm in the cold. Plenty of space for a large family. We used the fully equipped kitchen and propane grill on the porch to cook almost all our meals. The kids loved watching the bunnies run around outside. We frequently spotted deer on the property. The home right on the Yellowstone River. Close access to YNP and lots of nearby lakes and rivers to explore. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

The house was very clean and communication was great. The house has wonderful views with large windows in every room. It is not far from the entrance to Yellowstone which was nice. Fishing was not great at the house due to drop into the river but there were places nearby to go. It was a wonderful week for our first trip to Yelllwstone!

Perfect picturesque New Years

Our stay was magical. One day we just stayed in the house and enjoyed the panoramic views from all the floor to ceiling windows. They house had everything we could have needed and the beds/bedding were better than home (I now want the mattress from the master). We had deer and elk in the yard as well as a bald Eagle perched near by. The location was close to Yellowstone and only 45 mins from Bozeman, but still so secluded for that magical winter wonderland experience with breathtaking views of the mountains. We spent one day just driving around the surrounding area seeing all the wildlife. We can’t wait to go back.

Thanksgiving trip

The home was beautiful and spotless! We loved having a fireplace! We had just enough room in the kitchen to fix a thanksgiving meal with our family. The location is lovely!! We would definitely stay here again!

Great House, Great Location. Tranquility with Access.

A well-appointed house on the banks of the Yellowstone River, eagles and ospreys soaring over, a mule deer family cruising through the yard 1-2 times daily, Emigrant Peak rising above. Great glass windows bring the expansive views of River and mountains inside! Kitchen one of the best equipped and supplied that we’ve found, beds quite comfy. Location perfect for easy access to Rt. 89 and for reaching Yellowstone NP, Livingston, even Bozeman, while proving rural peace. Five Star!

Wonderful!

This home is fantastic! It was impeccably clean, well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The cozy robes were a nice bonus and the kids enjoyed the toys and games. We caught dinner out back from the river and saw lots of wildlife on the property. We have stayed at many homes throughout Paradise Valley and this one is by far the overall best!

Beautiful house

Our family of four stayed here for a week. It was absolutely fabulous. Right on the Yellowstone River, deer in the yard, eagles flying up and down the river, river otters swimming by. It's about 25 minutes to the north entrance of Yellowstone but the drive is super scenic and takes no time at all. The house was well equipped and very clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would definitely stay again.

Incredible Property!

Osprey Acres is a great property with an amazing location. I loved sipping coffee on the deck watching the sun rise over the mountains. While the river is fast, we were able to pull several trout out of the slower areas. Kids loved exploring the expansive property and watching the deer. Easy access to Yellowstone and Livingston. Highly recommend!

Paradise found in Paradise Valley

What a vacation! This property offered EVERYTHING we needed: comfort, cleanliness, location, location, location, views, stocked with EVERYTHING, comfortable beds... the list goes on and on. We are already checking dates for a winter get-away and we wouldn't even think to stay anywhere else. Stunning views! The pictures on the website don’t lie!

The management company was outstanding and the hospitality app made everything so easy. The house was meticulous and the property so well-maintained. We appreciated the house being stocked with all essentials and knowing that there were extra paper products on hand and things of that nature . Stunning views from every part of the house and property. The pictures really do not do the property justice!

Beautiful Location

We recently spent a week at this home on Yellowstone River and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home was lovely, well kept and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the views of the river and mountains. Everyday we saw lots of wildlife. Communication with Deena from the management company was easy and always quick to respond.

Beautiful Location

The description of Osprey Acres fit the reality perfectly. We had such a good time. Close to Yellowstone. We fished the river, went to a lake a few mins away and explored the park during our stay. We will definitely stay here again next time our travels bring us to Montana!!

Yellowstone Vacation

Wonderful spot with amazing views! We were able to fish the river right out the front door and visit Yellowstone National Park after a short drive. We enjoyed every minute!

Amazing!

Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, about half an hour from north entrance to Yellowstone which was perfect for us. We also enjoyed checking out Livingston. Amazing vacation!

A Wonderful Stay

Key Mgmt was great to work with as we navigated the Montana COVID situation. Brooke and Deena were very flexible and accommodating. The property is very clean, which we greatly appreciated. Ample sunlight and windows for ventilation. Kitchen was good for preparing meals, and bedrooms were comfortable. Everything was stocked well, with an abundance of towels, TP, dishwasher tabs, etc. Propane grill worked well but runs very hot. The views of the mountains were spectacular, and the Yellowstone River made for a splendid backyard. Depending on the time of year beware that the river is high and moving fast. This made us nervous with the toddler, but it’s just something to be aware of. A little bit of a hike (about 25 miles) to Gardiner/North entrance to the park, but very doable. Really enjoyed the Wildflour Bakery and BBQ joint in Emigrant. Wife enjoyed a spa treatment at Chico Hot Springs. The two pools are a little hot to have kids play in, but we were able to enjoy the water there. Gardiner is a great town. Would recommend the Gardiner Market for shopping, Wonderland and Iron Horse for eating, Wild West for rafting, and Flying Pig/Hells A-Roarin’ Outfitters for horseback riding and cowboy cookout. From beginning to end it was a great stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back to Osprey’s Nest. Lots of memories made.

Wonderful location

Great views of the river and mountains from inside the home and on the deck. Open floor plan with comfortable seating and a large dining area. Lots of games and books. Extremely well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook including pantry staples such as spices, salt and pepper, oil, aluminum foil, resealable bags, etc. Very comfortable beds with nice linens. Wonderful fireplace. Overall very clean and comfortable. Good communication with the property manager. A great place to stay if you are exploring Yellowstone.
