  • Questo splendido cottage piccolo è assolutamente incredibile! Sono tre blocchi semplici a The Courthouse Square e Historic Whiskey Row. Ti piacerà a causa della posizione e dell'ambiente. Poiché è completamente arredato e pronto per occupare, devi solo portare i tuoi vestiti e cibo. Hi Definition TV via cavo, Wi-Fi, Roku e tutti i comfort moderni sono inclusi anche aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzati. Con soffitti a volta, lucernari e belle e ampie finestre, è luminoso e arioso. La casa del patio si trova nel retro del mio cortile in un vicolo tranquillo tra Carlton e Goodwin Street. L'area del patio è recintata per gli animali domestici, che richiedono una tassa non rimborsabile.

Hidden Gem

Stayed at the cottage for New Years with a couple friend's. The cottage was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. We will stay here again and refer it to others.

Great location

Owner was awesome! Location is walking distance to downtown and great restaurants. Finding the cottage is a little tricky. Check her directions, don’t depend on maps.

We enjoyed returning to Prescott. It’s a charming community and near many beautiful hiking trails

The owner was wonderful to work with. Everything was exactly as described It is bright, airy and beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the outdoor area

Quick walk to downtown Prescott!

My wife and I took out 4 month old son up north to get out of the Phoenix heat and we loved this cottage. It was a quick walk to downtown Prescott. It had everything we needed as far as space and amenities. We hope to stay here again!

Cosy cottage well suited for a month's stay waiting for house to be completed.

Has all the amenities needed for an extended (52 day) stay. Convenient to downtown Prescott and main arteries (89 and 69) for road trips.

Great Property

Will for sure stay here again, owners were took care of our request for a hose to wash our mountain bikes. An easy walk to downtown and Whiskey Row. Love this town!

Cozy cottage

I stayed at the cottage for the summer. It was fantastic. If you need something Kerrie calls you right back or is at your door. When I arrived the place was spotless, including the stove & fridge. Every available space is used for this residence. I found it to be very comfortable & cozy and I felt safe there I will be back.

Very nice

I stayed here with my wife and 16 month old boy while I was doing flight training. Everything was clean and nice. The master bedroom is pretty small with just a few feet on either side of a queen bed, but there is a nice bathroom adjacent to it, and a room with a small loveseat and chest of drawers where we put our stuff. The "guest bedroom" was good size with a pull out couch. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were all connected with a second bathroom and laundry room just off of those. I think we stayed there 2-3 weeks. The entrance is in the alley, and we were less than a block away from the library and a 10 minute walk from the downtown. Overall it was great, and I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet and very homely

Absolutely loved this cute little cottage. It had all the amenities that we were looking for and more. We were in town for a softball tournament which happened to be 3 blocks away from the home which worked out perfect. Loved the neighborhood and the ease of the location.
