Only a few blocks to the heart of historic downtown Prescott surrounding the courthouse square! Close to events like Whiskey Off-Road Bike Race, Rodeo Days, 4th of July, etc.
Welcome! It’s time to relax at the Marina Manor.
It might be a pretentious name, but we want you to feel special while you enjoy the comfort of home during your Prescott vacation.

Pull right up to the wishing well at 409 S. Marina St. and begin your adventure in everybody’s hometown.

Three bedrooms/two bathrooms are available for up to six people to enjoy some peaceful rest in between your days of unique Prescott experiences.
We are now small dog friendly.

Whether you’re here for a special event (Prescott Rodeo Days, Antique Car Show, Courthouse Christmas Lighting festivities) or you just want to enjoy the atmosphere of our sweet mountain town, there is always something fun to do.

Start your relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee out on the patio and end your eventful days by the gas fire table while grilling up some dinner.

If you’ve already enjoyed dining at one of the fabulous restaurants downtown, or spent some time on Whiskey Row, you can stroll back to hunker down and watch a movie.

You’ll want to recharge for the day to come, so enjoy the full kitchen and barbecue-ready backyard, or challenge someone to an old-school game of Scrabble, Uno, Cards, Basketball, or Cornhole.

One thing’s for sure, there will always be more to see and do, and we aim to make your stay so pleasant that you’ll be back for more!

Perhaps you’ll choose the king bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower only), 55in TV, and cozy reading nook.

There are also two bright and cheerful queen bedrooms across from the full hallway bathroom.

This home is family-owned by third generation Prescottonians.
We’re happy to share our knowledge of the area and local businesses to provide recommendations. We want to make your stay a wonderful experience

Parking was easy and in dedicated driveway. Host was responsive and gracious. Everything was clean and tidy. Property was pet friendly inside and outside (fenced backyard). Beds were so comfortable, and the heat worked well during our new year’s stay. We walked to downtown Prescott daily which was very convenient. Sidewalks begin not far from the house, but the road is not busy so it wasn’t an issue. We and our pup enjoyed our time very much!!

Prescott Softball Tournament Adventure

Our stay was great!!! The hosts were very accommodating with our unpredictable softball schedule. We were able to walk to get ice cream one night with the kids. They loved that! We would definitely stay there again. Close to everything. One critique would be the back yard. The patio area and grill was great for dinners but the rest of the yard needed a little attention. The kids kept getting stickers in them and the balls they were playing with. Overall no deal. We all had fun!!

Relaxing Prescott home

This house was so inviting and relaxing for us. We walked everywhere and enjoyed discoveries along the way. Lots of history in this town and the trees were all starting to bloom. Purple, pink and white blossoms everywhere. Relaxing on the back patio with the propane fireplace as the sun went down. Then enjoying the beautiful sunsets out the front living room window with Thumb Butte in the background. We'll definitely be back!! Thank you Deb & Vinny

Last minute luck

On the cross country drive to Arizona, only two days from check in, we found out that due to an unforeseeable problem, our original rental was not available. In a panic, I searched for another and was lucky enough to find this one. The owners were wonderful despite the unexpectedness of our booking. We took it for the whole month and were very comfortable. It was easy walking distance from downtown and we took full advantage of that. Deb and Vinny were very responsive whenever we had questions. They are wonderful hosts!

Just Right!

Our 6 person pet stay was just right for our needs! The location is streamlined for highway use, and ease of downtown fun. The communication and accessibility of the owners is kind, direct and speedy. A "will stay again" type of place!

fantastic

we were in town for a short trip full of lots of activities. The little touches left by the host made a huge difference upon arrival. I was able to communicate with them quickly and easily for everything that came up. Didn't want to leave.

Great stay in Prescott

House is lovely, comfortable and so close to great restaurants and fun things to do/see.. Owners are great and very easy to contact!! Wonderful back yard for our dogs and even a lovely bottle of wine when we arrived!
