Enjoy this very unique VRBO LISTING that sits up on the hill providing amazing views of the famous Yavapai County Courthouse and Downtown Prescott from the expansive, wrap-around porch or the naturally bright living / great room. Then, beyond Downtown, breathe in the views of the surrounding mountains including Thumb Butte, Mingus Mountain and P Mountain all the way to the San Francisco peaks outside of Flagstaff, AZ. If you keep your eyes open you'll have a great chance to see the family of 8 mule deer that live on the property and dance up and down the adjacent wash.

Todd's home was a great place to stay if you want to be close to downtown Prescott but far enough for quiet and relaxation. The living area and balcony was HUGE and perfect for larger families/groups. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean. Todd was very flexible and communicative. Great host!!

Stayed in November 2025 with daughter, her husband and 2 grandkids. This house was great for us. Plenty of room in kitchen, dining and living room. Bedrooms were comfortable. House was clean and well stocked with dishes, silverware, etc. Location is near downtown Prescott so we could walk to tour the shops and eat at local establishments. Todd, the owner, was good at communicating with us. The only concern for a renter might be the steep gravel driveway. Not ideal for seniors or if you need to push a stroller. The neighborhood was very quiet and we had 12 deer visit right outside the house, which the grandkids loved. If you are really picky, it might bother you that the house is missing a couple of window shades and there is a squeaky place in the kitchen floor. However, for our family it was great and we would definitely stay again.

The communication with Todd was amazing. He was quick to respond to everything. I lost my husband in the beginning of Oct and this was my first time out of the house as Park Plaza Liquor & Deli planned a Memorial Charity Event in his honor. I was full of anxiety and wanted a quiet house big enough for a few of us to relax in, with all the comforts of home but close enough to town to walk if needed. The beds were comfortable. The views were stunning. Everything was exactly as described and I couldn't have asked for a more understanding host. I am already planning to come back.

We loved everything about our stay here. It's close to downtown, it has wonderful views and a spacious covered deck from which to enjoy them. The interior is spacious and clean, with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked, not skimping on the number of dish sets. And the check in and check out instructions are clear and simple. My family is already thinking up an opportunity to stay here again.

Great room, kitchen, bedrooms and baths, all super clean decks and outdoor spaces were welcoming - The outside dining table was used often. Can't beat the views and the closeness to downtown and the Granite Creek pathways. Heat responded well, and was needed only for part of the night. Kitchen appliances and serving dishes aplenty. As long-time Prescott residents, coming back to visit friends and family, we feel this is a great offering to use as a home away from home, and get together with loved ones.

The huge deck and beautiful views make this place amazing. We didnt see mule deer but did see a javelina family during the day and heard coyotes howling at night. Makes you feel like your in the deep woods yet close enough to experience many of the great eats on whiskey row. Love it and will be back for sure. Thank you for the great stay Todd.

The property was very clean, tons of space, and pet-friendly. Our kids had lots of room to play inside and out and all the beds were very comfortable. We could walk to restaurants and shopping and the creek was right there too.

Great home - lots of room to spread out and the views from the porch are even better than the pics show. Prescott at night is gorgeous. Short walk to the square. If staying in Prescott, would highly recommend.

This was a spaceous and well appointed property with lovely views. We were travelling with pets and the deer amd rabbits were a bit of a distraction to them. We enjoyed time on the deck enjoying the views and wildlife. The location was extremely convenient to the downtown area, which has so many restaraunts and shops. There was even an open air concert one night, which we could enjoy from the deck! The beds and furnishings were very comfortable.

Our stay here was really nice. The house provides a beautiful view and Todd is so very quick to answer any question that you may have. My only suggestion would be to have some Tupperware type containers in the kitchen.
