As you enter the chalet, you’ll be welcomed by a warm and inviting main living area featuring a large, comfortable couch and oversized chair with ottoman, perfect for relaxing by the electric indoor fireplace or wood-burning stove fireplace. The entertainment setup includes an 85-inch smart TV, surround sound system, and record player — ideal for movie nights or enjoying your favorite albums. A nearby cabinet is stocked with a variety of board games — perfect for family game nights or relaxing afternoons.

*The Bedrooms (Main Level)*

While the master bedroom is located upstairs, the main level features two cozy but well-sized bedrooms:
•The first bedroom (bedroom 2 in pictures) offers a queen-sized bed, smart TV, large dresser, spacious closet, and nightstands — perfect for longer stays and extra storage.
•The second bedroom (bedroom 3 in pictures) includes a full-sized bed, 32-inch smart TV, nightstand, chair, and footrest — a perfect, comfortable space to relax.

*The Kitchen & Dining*

The open-concept kitchen and dining area comes fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. You’ll enjoy a double oven, gas stove, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, blender, microwave, toaster, full cookware, and dishware. The kitchen island includes 4 barstools, ideal for casual dining, along with a full dining table for larger meals and gatherings.

*Additional Main Level Amenities*

A 3/4 bathroom with large walk-in shower is located on this level, as well as a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The Nest thermostat (located in the hallway) helps keep the cabin perfectly comfortable year-round.

Step outside and fully enjoy the peaceful forest setting. The front porch features rocking chairs, perfect for morning coffee. A tree swing sits out front, while a tree hammock tucked behind the cabin invites you to relax or nap under the pines. Deer, wild turkeys, and other local wildlife often wander through the property.

We are both pet-friendly and EV-friendly, with a private charger onsite. Though it feels like a secluded forest retreat, you’re only 10 miles from shopping and about 30 minutes from downtown Prescott.
