Bungalow restaurato nel cuore del centro di Prescott, a un isolato dalla storica piazza della città. Un concetto di spazio aperto in cui lo stile contemporaneo si fonde con l'accogliente comfort di un bungalow. Prova la mania della piccola vita domestica e vedi quanto è divertente!

La struttura vanta un fantastico spazio all'aperto con una calda buca per il fuoco dove sedersi, griglia a propano e sala da pranzo all'aperto. Il bungalow è stato recentemente ristrutturato con una cucina completamente nuova con nuovi elettrodomestici, bagno con bella doccia piastrellata in marmo, nuove finestre, lavatrice e asciugatrice e pavimenti in marmo. Inoltre, dormi in modo fantastico sul nuovissimo materasso Luxury California King Saatva.

Il bungalow è una guest house separata all'interno della proprietà - i proprietari risiedono nella casa di fronte. Gli ospiti hanno il loro spazio esterno privato recintato e l'ingresso accessibile tramite il vicolo. Il bungalow dispone di un garage per un'auto, perfetto per parcheggiare o riporre l'attrezzatura e l'attrezzatura per attività all'aperto.

Once again a great stay at this bungalow. This was our third time staying and we have already made our next reservation. I can't say enough about the location which is walking distance to so many great restaurants. The bungalow itself is modern and we felt at home. Jessica was amazing with communication and we even got to bring our pup :)

The place was perfect for a quick weekend getaway in Prescott. Had a few events in Downtown Prescott and was able to walk to all of them with ease. Will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in town.

Super cute Bungalow very convenient to downtown and shopping. Quiet location and the garage was a plus! Only negative is that we ran out of TP and Kleenex. Keurig did not work.

This was a wonderful little bungalow that allowed my partner and I to get some much-needed rest while waiting for our dog to have surgery at the Prescott Animal Hospital. Communication with the owner was wonderful and I couldn’t speak more highly for that interaction the ease of the rental and the property itself.

Very nice and quiet all modern utensils and kitchen, our king size bed was comfy. The air conditioners are mounted in the wall and are kind of noisy when watching tv. Nice clean garage for our car, and the gas barbecue worked great ! We used the washer and dryer no issues there either

The property is small but very well laid out. It is also very close to downtown Prescott so you can walk to anything. The kitchen is very well appointed.We had a few issues that were troubling-there was no soap in the bathroom so we washed with shampoo.The shower was just a trickle making showering difficult,The air conditioners were very loud making watching TV difficult.The owners are very nice and I notified them of the issues and they said they would take care of them.

Very nicely located and only two blocks from Whiskey Row and downtown restaurants, bars/music venues and shops. The owners are quite nice and were very responsive to a couple of minor requests. We stayed during a very hot time of year and while the two wall AC units kept us comfortable, the unit in the bedroom disrupted sleep when it activated, though I don't anticipate this would be an issue all but a few weeks a year as generally, the temps in Prescott cool off quite a bit at night. The garage worked well for storage of bikes and other items but was a bit narrow for our car - though parking in front of the garage was not an issue. Per my ratings, overall, we were very happy with the unit.

Weekday Getaway to Prescott

We loved the location and amenties of the bungalow. It was perfect for two people and our small dog. We used the grill to cook while there and also enjoyed visiting Whiskey Row and Watson Lake. It was so close to everything, especially Whiskey Row and the Town Square. Within steps to all we needed.

Well maintained rental property, decorated nicely, and furnished with plenty of homeware to make it a great place to stay for a lengthy stay. Walking distance to courthouse and Whiskey Row. Garage parking is a plus!
