“What a great find! A very unique and wonderful experience. It feels like a step back in time, but very authentic. Very clean, perfect bed and bedding, great facilities in the bathroom, and amazing ambience. Every detail is perfect.”

The check-in manager was personable, professional, and able to multitask very well I highly recommend staying here. ”

“Great location - easy to access all areas of Walla Walla within minutes. Outdoor patio was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was super - lots of options. ”

“Nice place to stay, staff was nice. Had an inconvenience with the room given to us, was not cleaned and was given to us used. Staff was good to change our room but then fridge did not work and they didn’t help us or compensate the food that spoiled ”

“Building could use a spruce up, the room doors let sound and light through. However great spot and quiet. Comfortable beds. Amazing front desk staff. Lots of parking. So close to downtown. Google made it look farther. Breakfast has lots of great choices. Would stay again if I had the chance to get back to walla walla. ”

“Going downhill. I’ve stayed here many times. This last stay was a low point. The toilet plumbing ran intermittently thru our stay and disrupted our sleep. There were hairs and mold in our shower and the hotel did not provide housekeeping service yet they requested tips for the housekeepers. If a hotel is not going to provide a standard service unless you ask for it, they should tell you at check in. ”

“The room was filthy. We had to be moved twice. Please wear your shoes! The staff was so rude. Our TV didn’t work and we couldn't get anyone to help. The kitchen was not proper for food service, that was scary. The coffee was really good.”

“The gentleman that work there are absolutely amazing, The room was super clean and cute nice water pressure and very hot it was a great stay I 100% recommend and WILL BE RETURNING.......”
