“Nice and clean”

“The staff and the room are ok. The way to the pool was not really nice. Good is you can park directly in front of the hotel. The breakfast was ok, could be better (american) and have fruits add on. The welcome drink was shameful, a icetee or a coffee stick, at the Voucher was a cocktail.”

“Nicest resort in the Carles area. Beautiful beach front setting, room was clean and spacious. Parking area could be improved, but most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again :))”

We booked a room here based on the fact that they advertised that they have a pool, and that its use is included with our room. However, after we checked in and went to use the pool, they told us that the pool is only for special events and would not let us use it.
