Guest house a Preston

“Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!”

“Clean room, old furnitures and the carpet makes room smell of humidity and old. There is a grocery store not far and at walking distance the stadium. Rooms are noisy, you can hear when the water pump waters in different rooms and the street accross”

“Hotel ricavato da una tipica casa vittoriana rinnovata e rimessa a specchio dai proprietari. 7/8 camere in tutto, posizionate al primo e secondo piano, senza ascensore e con le famigerate e ripidissime scale inglesi. “The room had been newly decorated to a good standard. Excellent in room facilities. When I complained about the room being cold they immediately provided a plug in heater. Walkable distance from Blackpool north rail station.”

“Molto buoni servizio e accoglienza, il proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile. Buona pulizia e abbondante colazione. Purtroppo la zona a mio parere non è molto bella, spero migliori con il tempo. ”

“Customer service really brilliant & quick”

“It was more like a hostel room. Very basic, it reflects the price. Was a good location near to everything. What put me off was the smell of weed. Would I stay there again No! Lucky we bought our own bedding and towels. And soaps etc. It does reflect on the price. If your not fussy we're you stay, it's for you!”

“Room didn’t look like it was hoovered. Tv in room wouldn’t work. Shower stopped working and hot tap in room didn’t work. Other than that for the price we payed it was good and I would recommend if you’re on a tight budget.”
