“I arrived at the hotel very late night and tired, and I had to wake up early for my 8:00 a.m. flight. While walking barefoot in the room, I felt something sharp under my foot — it was a piece of nail that a previous guest had cut and left on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. “Very pleasant welcoming staff great location for us as we were attending a party nearby. Pleasant and clean room and would use The Star again if we have to return to the area ”
