The first house can accommodate 12 people, in its five bedrooms. Two of these have three single beds each, and the other two have a double bed each. The last bedroom has two single beds. In this house, you will also have two bathrooms at your disposal, both with a bathtub. The living area of the first house is characterised by a rustic charm: the living-dining room ensures a relaxing atmosphere, while the fully equipped kitchen provides you with all the utensils you may need.

Outside the house, you will find a magnificent patio with an outdoor dining area and, on a lower level, the fabulous private swimming pool with views of the hills that surround the house.

The second house can accommodate another 16 people, who will rest in the five bedrooms provided (two with a double bed each and three with two single beds each). In this house, there are three bathrooms, two with a shower and bathtub and one with a shower. Like the other house, this villa also has a spacious living room, equipped with a living and dining area, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

The splendid pool area of this house allows you to cool off under the warm rays of the Cordoba countryside and, at the same time, enjoy the magnificent views of the hills and sunbathe as long as you like.

This complex of two independent villas is therefore ideal for a group of friends or a large family, considering its total capacity for 28 people, who can rest and recover their energy surrounded by peace and tranquility.
