Dal momento che viviamo per qualche tempo, affittiamo la nostra casa a un piano, che per noi è molto importante. Abbiamo battezzato "Chiemsee Apart" e trasformato in due grandi appartamenti con grande attenzione ai dettagli.

appartamento Chiemsee è situato al centro Prien ed è anche molto tranquillo nel paese alpino bavarese. Esso offre la vicinanza al lago Chiemsee e le montagne. A pochi metri dietro la casa è una zona protetta, che conduce direttamente al lago. In soli 10 minuti di bicicletta dal Chiemsee. Trova sensazione di vacanza.

L'appartamento al piano terra abbiamo chiamato "Garden View". Dalle grandi finestre esposte a sud della piana si affacciano sul lussureggiante giardino, così come il maestoso massiccio del Monte di Kampenwand. L'appartamento "Garden View" offre 111 mq (più 30 mq di terrazza solarium) un sacco di spazio per le coppie, ma anche per le famiglie con 2 - 3 bambini. Sulla terrazza si può godere i nostri mobili in legno vero confortevole giardino, le nostre sedie a sdraio, barbecue Weber e utilizzare la ciotola di fuoco per le serate romantiche all'aperto. Noi stessi abbiamo usato la nostra terrazza, mentre il primo raggio di sole ad ogni pasto. La terrazza può tra l'altro essere utilizzato dagli ospiti della casa "Garden View"!

La nostra struttura appartamento è stato progettato senza tempo e nei colori, forme e materiali in corrispondenza di Feng Shui Armonie. Troverete sicuramente piacevole. L'appartamento dispone di un ampio soggiorno-pranzo, un accogliente salotto con due divani e TV. Dormire lì nella camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale (180 x 220 m) e nella piccola camera da letto con letto a castello. La piccola camera da letto è accessibile solo tramite il corridoio! Uno dei divani del salotto è un divano letto.

Bagno (con doccia, WC ...) e la cucina sono nuovo e moderno. La cucina è molto ben attrezzata con molti elettrodomestici e apparecchiature. L'appartamento dispone anche di un bagno per gli ospiti. La nostra lavatrice nel seminterrato, e stendino, si sono invitati a utilizzare. lettino da viaggio per bambini e un seggiolone possono essere utilizzati da entrambi gli appartamenti su richiesta.

Schöner und erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren 5 Tage in dieser schönen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Das "Elternschlafzimmer" ist groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Stockbett im "Kinderzimmer" war für unsere fast erwachsenen Kinder nicht so optimal, aber das wussten wir bereits vorher (Fotos). Das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert und sehr ansprechend. Gerne wieder :)))

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, als ist sehr ordentlich und top ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann alles gut erreichen. Es fehlten Fahrradstellplätze, so mussten wir sie Räder in den Garten stellen. Der ist aber groß genug. Das Kinderschlafzimmer war nur über den Gemeindchaftsflur erreichbar, was Nachteil war,

Schöne Lage, geräumig und grungsätzlich ruhig

Es ist eine schöne, geräumige Wohnung in normalerweise ruhiger Lage. Leider waren in der Nähe Baustellen, die tagsüber durch Baulärm gestört haben. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer fanden wir nicht so bequem.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man für einen bequemen Aufenthalt braucht

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht, insbesondere auch, wenn man selber kochen will. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war auch einwandfrei. 4 Sterne haben wir für die Genauigkeit des Inserats nur deswegen vergeben, weil das Bett im Schlafzimmer doch nicht 180x200 groß ist, wie inseriert, sondern kleiner, vielleicht 160x200. Uns fiel das deswegen auf, weil unser Kleinkind manchmal in der Nacht zu uns rüberkam und es dann deutlich enger wurde als bei uns zu Hause in unserem 180x200 Bett. Alles Andere war aber sehr schön! Vielen Dank!

Das Haus umfasst zwei Ferienwohungen (eine im Erdgeschoss, eine oben). Der Garten, der ausschließlich zur unteren Wohnung gehört, ist groß und wirklich sehr schön. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Benutzung. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, zum See ist es nicht weit und mehrere Lebensmittelmärkte sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr geplegt und gut ausgestattet (bequeme Betten, gut bestückte Küche). Das kleinere Zimmer geht vom Hausflur ab, ist aber in Hörweite des Elternschlafzimmers.

Einfach fantastisch!

Der erste Kontakt über den Eigentümer war per Mail, prompt & sehr freundlich. Vor Ort war die ebenfalls sehr nette Hausverwalterin sofort zum Check in da. Zwischendurch durften wir noch die super netten Damen kennenlernen, die draußen und drinnen für Ordnung sorgen. Die Wohnung ist eine "Umarmung“ für jeden. Wahnsinnig schön, hell, groß, liebevoll, sauber und es fehlt an gar nichts! Die Lage ist fantastisch. Die Nähe zum Chiemsee und Innenstadt ist gegeben. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und bedanken uns nochmal ganz herzlich!!!

Lovely clean home with plenty of space

We stayed here as a family of four - two young teen boys and ourselves. This apartment is exactly as shown in pictures, was clean and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable - including basics like coffee, tea, spices for cooking etc (all the stuff that can cost a fortune if you have to go buy it for self catering). The garden view flat is on the ground floor and has access to a pleasant patio with furniture and a barbecue. Off street parking (and there is plenty of parking on street). Easy access to laundry facilities. Beds very comfortable. It seems that most guests are German Nationals as all information such as the welcome pack was only provided in German so we couldn't benefit from any recommendations that may have been in there. Note: the second room (which has bunks) is accessed off the communal hallway that is also used by guests in the flat upstairs. Each apartment has it's own "front door" off the hallway so the childs room is beyond the ground floor front door. The only way to listen out through the night is to have their door open as well as your own flat door. I would have been uncomfortable leaving a lone or younger child in there. This is mentioned in the listing but the translation doesn't make it particularly clear of the set up. Very quiet residential area, 25 minute walk to Lake -probably 15 minutes walk to any restaurants / bars. Lots of supermarkets very close by for supplies. Would definitely stay again

Einfach nur zufrieden !!!

Die Wohnung war einfach nur toll, wir nur mehr als zufrieden ! Angefangen von der Ausstattung, hier fehlte nichts, alles funktionierte. Der Garten inkl. der Terrasse sind schön mit Möbeln ausgestattet und wir hielten uns sehr viel draußen auf. Sehr ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und das Schlafzimmer war die "Ruheoase" Einer der besten Wohnungen, die wir je angemietet haben, und wohl auch nicht zum letzten mal. Sehr empfehlenswert !

Liebe Vermieter, wir haben Ende April eine entspannte und erholsame Woche in Ihrer Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr harmonisch und gut ausgestattet wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Garten und super Lage

Wir reisten mit einem 3 Monate altem Säugling und es war trotz vieler Regentage ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und sehr gut auch zum Reisen mit Kindern geeignet. Die Vermieter haben viele Informationen und Tipps liebevoll zusammengestellt. Von der Wohnung aus kann man gut spazieren oder Rad fahren direkt zum See oder man ist auch schnell in Prien. Kurz: es war ein schöner Urlaub und wir werden wieder kommen mit hoffentlich ein paar mehr Sonnenstunden !
