“We had a room on the second floor. The view of the water was amazing with wonderful sunsets.”

“The hotel is older but refreshed with comfortable beds, nice washrooms and big screen tv's. The shower products smell so nice, and the shower pressure is strong and hot. The staff and friendly and accommodating. There was a hiccup on the day we requested a room clean and they took care of it right away with a smile! Unfortunately, our challenges were more with the infrastructure of an older building. The parking is down a hill and the hotel is not accessible - lots of ledges and steps that...

“The hotel is ok but you have to manage your expectations. It’s as clean as an old, poorly maintained, and in need of a refresh hotel can be. Looks like they have not put any money back into the hotel for many years and it shows. Staff were very friendly and would stay there again I was just a little taken aback by how worn out the place is.”

“Great place, newly renovated I would guess. Beautiful inside and close to shopping and the ferry. Friendly staff. Probably the best place to stay in Powell River.”

“I would stay rhete again. The location was what we wanted. It was a good value which sold us. There were problems with too much light coming in from the outside lights. We MacGivered the blinds to block out much of the light. The older gentleman that was chain smoking in the corner of the hallway was annoying, but only because our room was in the far corner Chessica at reception was very pleasant”
