“We loved the location. The only bad thing was the driveway was too steep to park on so you have to park at the bottom and carry everything up when you get there and down when you leave. The house was great and the views are even better.”

“Great location. Enjoyed the small town of Fayetteville. Spent a lot of time around he fire ring since our weather was the best Hosts were quick to reply to our needs. Hot tub was a nice feature. Recommend this cabinet n if you want to stay in a central location to many places within the park.”

“Property is located on a hill in the woods so very quiet. Parking was limited but close to cabin. Cabin is functional but a bit dated. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location is outstanding if you are traveling for New River Gorge activities. While pet friendly, you are asked to crate them If you leave them alone in the residence so plan ahead. Check in was easy and owners were very nice. If you are going as a group for park activities, this place is great.”

“Hard to find gas and dinning”

“The grandkids loved making s'mores in the outdoor firepit. The charcoal grill was like new and our steaks were delicious. The property manager was a delight to work with, immediately responding to resolve any questions or issues. It was too hot over Fathers Day Weekend to use the beautiful stone fireplace inside the cabin. We loved sitting on the deck where we could hear the water flowing across the street. There was a nice family owned diner/cafe only 15 minutes away with a huge breakfast menu....

“We had a wonderful stay at the Evergreen! This cabin is in a great location- close to Fayetteville, hiking trails, the Bridge Walk and the New River Gorge. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. The hot tub at the cabin was a real treat after a day of exploring.”
