“The hotel is an older property that has had a renovation. The room was very cute, well updated, with an extremely comfortable bed. The location was great and walkable to downtown Charlottetown!”

“Our room had steps dividing it in half mid-room, which was dangerous for our one year old with the hard floor, and we couldn’t relax in the room while trying to keep him safe. We also weren’t comfortable using the radiator for his safety so our room was cold at night. Given the price of the bed and breakfast, we were also disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included.”

“Hotel is clean and location is amazing. Staff are friendly. My first disappointment was at the check in when I was told breakfast wasn’t included. When I booked the hotel, I didn’t pay attention, but considering the hotel is in a luxury category and by the price, I thought it was obvious breakfast was included. My bad!! Second disappointment. My room was super small and the toilet was loose. I let the lady at the reception desk know and, she told me she’d send someone to fix it. Two days...

“The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking spots were spacious. Hôtel location was perfect, walking distance to shops, restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast was superb, hot, selection was plentiful and everything fresh. Staff were very friendly, helpful and very informative. Bonus was that the hotel had happy hour for hotel guests to mingle in the hotel lounge. Seating in lounge area very comfortable. Coffee, tea and water always available in reception area at all hours. “The room was extremely clean, but needs a little repair. There had obviously been a leak in the room above and the ceiling was quite water stained. As well there were holes in the hardwood floor that need to be repaired. If you can overlook these things, it is clean, the shower works and the bed is comfortable.”
