The entire property underwent a complete renovation 2 years ago, everything, including the furnishings and décor, is brand new!

For the foodies, a fully stocked CHEF’s KITCHEN, charcoal and gas BBQs, three ways to make coffee and a big dining room with farmhouse table.

For those looking to relax and refresh you’ll appreciate the beds with Endy mattresses and luxurious linens, a 55” 4k TV, ceiling mounted projector and screen, record player for the vinyl lovers, and a multi-zone Sonos audio system.

A mesh Wi-Fi system that extends fast reliable coverage inside and out with download speeds above 150 mbs, streaming or working there’s enough bandwidth to keep everyone happy.

For the sun seekers – poolside there are 6 loungers, three chairs, and two separate seating areas with outdoor sectional sofas. Plus, pool toys and inflatables for those instagrammable moments.

Located in the heart of Wellington, walking distance to the beach (5 min walk) along with the stores, shops and restaurants of downtown Wellington (10 min walk). You’re a 10-minute drive to 15 wineries, a 10 min drive to Bloomfield, and a 15 min drive to Sandbanks (we provide you with 2 free passes!). There isn’t a better spot from which to experience the County.

The Pool is open from May long weekend through Sept 30th. Sauna is open Sept 1st to May 15th.

We have a strict no party rule. We want you to have a great time but any noise complaints/violations may result in the loss of your security deposit and possible early termination of your stay.

We have outdoor perimeter security cameras, a ring doorbell, and a NoiseAware monitoring system that notifies us of excessive noise.

Pets
We welcome your pet family members providing they are well behaved. You are responsible for picking up after your pets and for any damage cause by your pets.

Guest Access:
You have exclusive access to the entire property. There are keyless locks on the main house and key sets left for your use.

The Neighborhood:
Prince Edward County is a very special place. You may find yourself here one weekend, falling in love and moving permanently, a large number of people have. Affectionately known as "The County" the area is comprised of small villages and hamlets scattered amongst farm fields and quaint shops. Located in Lake Ontario you will fall in love with the people, the food, nature, and art. The area hosts 3 provincial parks and over 800km of shoreline.

Getting Around:
A car is required to explore Prince Edward County. While taxis are available, there are long waits, and should be booked in advance.

A rental agreement with Places in PEC is required to be signed, it is an e-signature document that will be sent though the booking channel, please check your spam folder. Once returned your booking is 100% confirmed. This is requires as we are a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and we do not own the property we manage it on behalf of the owners.

Interaction with Guests:
Here at Places in PEC we understand what it takes to have a great vacation and to create lasting memories. We make it our business to find a vacation property that meets all of your needs and goes above and beyond your expectations. By providing a variety of vacation properties we can ensure that your vacation is a success no matter where you decide to stay. A rental agreement is required to be signed and returned within 48 hours of booking. The agreement is required as we manage the properties and do not own them. We are a member of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario and it is a requirement by them and the insurance.
