“The staff are lovely and upgraded us to a larger room. The room was spacious and clean, though the bed was pretty firm. The buffet at each meal was good. I didn't realize smoking would be allowed in the hallways and elevators. The constant smell was pretty terrible.”

Inoltre merita un plauso il personale, di una cordialità unica. Al massimo l'unica pecca è che la zona è molto rumorosa, ma non dipende dall'hotel ma dai locali nelle vicinanze.”

“Very nice staff, booked this place very last minute! Booked 4 room like 5-10 mins before and showed up, they had the keys and room ready within 5mins! Very convenient and decent pricing. We went to Angkor bar on the beach, best food we had so far! ”

“Hotel di qualità in zona tranquilla e decentrata, immerso in parco privato, ottima scelta per chi vuole stare in relax, navetta gratuita per il centro, ottima colazione, pulizia e servizio. Piscina non all'altezza dell'hotel ma sufficiente.”

“When we got there the airconditioning was dripping on the bed. The drainage was blocked with algae. The crockery was dirty with soup stains. The two pots were burned beyond help. Only two small towels were provided, no hand towels or kitchen towel. The mattress protector was disgusting and they took it away when they changed the bed by turning it around. The bedsheets are fake, not cotton. Overall a bad experience and we do not recommend staying here. The management simply stopped communicating...

“First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find,...

“It is impossible to recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here on future trips. My first hint was when the hotel was not listed on rhe grab transport app, so I found myself standing on the side of the road at the bus stop at 11.30pm trying to work out how to find the place ... turns out their listing on wotif is different to the name of the actual hotel. I eventually arrived and was dropped off in a dingy back alley, picked my way past the street dogs, and managed to check in. Shown...
