“The great host and quality of the accommodation turned around what would have been a 1 star review. When booking, it was incorrectly shown as a 10 minute walk to the haram, it turned out to be a 10 minute drive instead. “It's very far from the haram (Masjid e nabwi) , however, there is a shuttle service. The room has a window facing other buildings, we rented king size bed. The property is clean and new. The downside is that it did not have anything in the vicinity as it is close to the highway. The water in the bathroom pools around the drain, it seems to be poor design of the tiles. The rooms are somewhat smaller than usual hotel room. Also, check other websites or even in person, we paid way too much through...

“The hotel is clean, quite, peaceful and economical. It's not really at the same rate as the famous hotels like Hilton yet it has all the necessary things they have. “The toilet paper roll holder was broken. Paint was chipping off of the ceiling. The cabinet/closet was broken. There were no hairdryer nor an Iron. Which I thought was the standard everywhere. I had to keep asking the reception for bath towels. They just seemed very unprofessional. Overall just bad experience. I would like my money back. I have pictures to show for proof. ”

“ I had to spend a night there after Expedia cancelled my previous hotel booking. At least I managed to get a room and didn’t have to spend the night on the street.
