“The hotel is nice and the room are comfortable and nicely recently renovated. We had an high floor facing downtown with nice view, however on Friday there is a club called blue in front with super loud music which made it impossible for me to catch sleep. They kept going until 4 am or even later, I recommend another hotel if you want peace and a good night sleep. Also there were not rope or room shoes in our room which is quite unusual for an hotel of this standing. ”

“We booked our stay 2 months in advance, they didn’t give us the room we booked. Said they ran out even though we booked well ahead. Then next they had put us into someone’s room (which we didn’t know because housekeeping cleaned it) there wasn’t anyone’s belongings in it. As we were in our room getting ready, a random woman entered our hotel room with a key saying it was her room. Would not stay here again, that is absolutely terrifying. Not to mention someone banging on our room door at 2:47am.”

“Pros - friendly staff, dog friendly, clean Cons - sound proof above, tv feels like it’s from the 1980s, expensive for basic 3 star (or what we paid). Gave it 3 as it was truly “ok”.”

“The Pool was closed we had brought swimsuits for but were not informed. The Breakfast closed at 11am but the staff started oicking up food and clearing by 10:45qm Terrible since we were veryy Tired from Last night and our child came in at 10:40am to eat we paid extra for Breakfast but Terrible experience for the Price we paid per night. Would NOT be going to DoubleTree Hilton again”

“I had a pleasant stay overall, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The only issue I encountered was a strong odor in the room upon arrival. Fortunately, I had brought a can of Lysol with me, which helped reduce the smell somewhat and made the room more comfortable during my stay. I hope management can look into this, as addressing room odors would greatly improve the guest experience. Other than that, I appreciate the...
