“Extremely clean……also Heather was extremely helpful. Terrific price….clean, clean, clean! No amenities to speak of……but that was not important. Five star for me!”

“While I was staying for a few days and the rooms were clean I had to request my room to be made and towels to be changed as it was not done automatically. Otherwise, hotel is quiet and clean but far from downtown. Good breakfast. Pretty good stay overall”

“The room was clean but beds were so hard. I woke up and my back hurt so bad. Also, there was a strong chemical smell in the room the next morning. Told the Mgr and she said they were going to renovate. Will not do this hotel again.”

“The staff was outstanding and the facilities were great!! I especially appreciated the large shower and bathroom lighting. Also, the staff was very eager to help when our room only had two beds when we had 6 occupants. They kindly comped us a second room across the hall and were super curious while doing so.”

“Swimming pool was not open breakfast was hardly anything no eggs no bacon no toast did not even say oatmeal. Coffee was great lol . Reserve 2 rooms on Expedia. When I arrived, there was only one room that had been reserved. That's what they told me. Would suggests finding another hotel outside of bluefield, west virginia . Tile floors seemto have some kind sweating problem, the bathroom floors.We're extremely slick if there was tile floors in hallways they were same. That was my first time...

“TV only worked on 4 channels. Room was clean but badly in need of renovation/repairs. Parking lot had a few very sketchy people hanging around late at night. There are better choices not too far away.”
