“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key.”

“Enjoyed 6 days with my family at this apartment. The location is perfect as it is right across the street from Princeton. The apartment is pretty spacious. The main bedroom has a lot of natural light which is nice. The second bedroom is smaller but it works. The kitchen is stocked. What’s interesting is each room is on a different level.
