Please note our house rules:

- No smoking in the home, violation of this rule will result in possible eviction for not following the House rules with No Refund., and an additional $500 fine will be charged for 'de-smoking' the home.

- Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am

- No Shoes In House Please

- No other guests are allowed other than the stated amount on the reservation. If more than the stated guests are found on the property will result in an additional $50 fee per guest, per night

- No refunds for early checkouts or alteration requests for any reason unless expressed by us

-Please Don’t Put Any Stickers, Tape, or Pictures on the walls.

-Please Don’t Throw Anything in the toilet other than Toilet Paper.

- You agree that you’re booking in goodwill with your host and you will not attempt to damage your host’s business because you’re unhappy with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regard to your stay or you lose a resolution.

- By booking this home, you are agreeing to these house rules and you agree to hold yourself liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay here at this home. We are not responsible for items left behind. If you have a question or concern please message us. Our priority is in creating a 5-star experience.

- By agreeing to the house rules, you agree to let our team members enter the unit to fix any issues that arise on the property with at least a 12-hour notice and without your consent. I.E. - WiFi issues, water heating, plumbing, security cameras disconnected/troubleshooting, etc.

- If excessive wear and tear are found on the property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, or stains on furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.

- Leave all large trash items such as boxes outside of the home next to the other side of the building. Extra fees will be charged for any items that are too large for us to discard such as wood pallets from deliveries, large heavy items, and excessive amounts of extra garbage
