    Questo Tropical Plantation Home è elegante e riccamente arredate con Rare solido hawaiano Koa pavimenti in legno e di una pianta spaziosa. Le porte scorrevoli in vetro circondano il Living Room e aperto al avvolgente Lanai. Il 19 piedi soffitti a volta dà una sensazione aperto a tutta la casa.

    L'enorme coperto avvolgente Lanai è circondato da lussureggianti piante tropicali e mountain-Cascata Vista. E 'tranquillo e rilassante con comode sedie, rattan Divani, barbecue a gas e tavoli per pranzo esterna.

    La camera matrimoniale ha intagliato una mano esotica 4 letto a baldacchino con un Materassi Tempur, bagno en ~ Suite e cabina armadio. Questa casa offre 4 camere da letto (1 re, 2 regina e 2 gemelli). Due e mezzo e mezzo bagno. Ogni camera offre una vista di piante tropicali esotici.

    Completamente attrezzata e pronta per tutte le Culinary Adventures. Aperto e spazioso. Granito ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Eccellente per intrattenere. Prima colazione Bar con posti a sedere. Tropical Vista ispirano come cucinato a casa i pasti sono preparati.

    Su Kauai, avendo una doccia esterna è un grande bonus. Da non perdere la doccia esterna sul lato del garage. Circondato da Paesaggio tropicale è più ideale per il risciacquo la sabbia dopo una giornata in spiaggia.

Comfortable and clean house. We loved the round dining table that seated 8 as well as the outdoor patio seating. Would recommend this house for family gatherings.

House was perfect for our family of 7! 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms made it extremely comfortable. We made breakfast in the kitchen and grilled for dinner. Space is open and welcoming. Great to have extra fridge in garage for drinks. Beds were comfortable, shower pressure is amazing. Garage has all the things you need for the beach including chairs, quick dry towels, boogie boards, umbrellas, dry bag, some beach toys, and coolers. Easy drive to grocery only 2 minutes away. Wishing well for great iced coffee, açaí bowl, and shaved ice. Terrace for dinner. Would start again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Within biking and walking distance to the shops. All the beach gear we needed and more! Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor seating for meals and game nights! Overall would definitely book again!

A beautiful house in a great location.

When on vacation, it is great to feel a bit spoiled. This house fit the bill. Loved that because of the layouteveryone had privacy & space of their own when wanted, but also could enjoy gathering in the comfortable communal areas.Easy access to every activity that we wanted. Loved starting and ending the day on the porch with its gorgeous view and peaceful feel.

A Great Place

This house was perfect. Plenty of bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and beach chairs and beach towels. The location is good, too. Very close to the grocery store and beaches. If you want to stay on the north shore of Kauai, this is your place.

Beautiful area beautiful house.Quiet friendly neighborhood. accommodating for 8 adults both inside and on porch. Loved having the beach gear. Within walking to stores and restaurants. Short drive to many different beaches. Would stay there again. Thanks for sharing.

we enjoyed our stay

The property was clean, efficient, and met all of our needs. We enjoyed use of the bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas. The property is on a quiet, well kept street in a great location. We loved spending time on the outdoor deck.

Fantastic stay here in Princeville, Kauai

What a wonderful property and beautiful community! This place is gorgeous with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Kitchen was huge and fully stocked with all the amenities for cooking for the family. Also has 2 washers and dryers that helped with our family of 7 staying here! Really beautiful large home.

Perfect Holiday Getaway

My family and I had the most amazing stay here for the holidays. It was our first time in Kauai and we had everything we needed to feel at home to enjoy the space, views, and location. Foodland is just a couple of minutes of walking away, perfectly convenient for cooking meals at home. If I were to provide any suggestions, it would be nice to have more than 1 roll of paper towel for our 1 week stay, and the hairdryer in the guest bathroom seems like it needs to be replaced. Otherwise, would highly recommend this home—would return next time we are on the island!

We had a great family vacation in your beautiful home in Princeville. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Great neighborhood. Lots of toys in garage. A paradise indeed!

A vacation with all the comforts of home and more! Family dinners around the 8seat table inside or out on the lanai made for great convo recapping our surfing adventures of the day! Everything was so clean and well stocked! We especially loved the room off the garage for our teenage boys! And the 2 sets of washer/dryers came in clutch! AC blows cold but we really didn’t need it! All this with breathtaking Mountain Views! No doubt, we will certainly return!

Great place for families!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for families. Lush landscaping and wrap around porch has views of waterfalls in the distance. The garage is stocked with bikes, snorkel, and beach gear. Anini Beach is a 20 minute walk or a short drive away, and the local shopping area with restaurants, shops, and grocery store is a 10 minute walk. The house was very clean. The only small critique would be that one of the bathrooms could use some updating, but it is definitely not a deal breaker. We would definitely book this place again next time we come back to Kauai.

great house, great location

Upon arrival we discovered the cable TV was not working. We called and Zack came out the next day and the cable box was replaced. Later we found that the oven was not functioning, but this time they were unable to get it working so we had to do without it for the rest of our stay. Still, we had a good stay and overall it is a great house

Spacious and comfortable!

The house has a perfect layout for families with ample seating and a beautiful lanai. For those that want it, the air conditioning is great. Proximity to the grocery store, favorite beaches and farm markets is super convenient. Supplied beach chairs and boogie boards saved us additioonal rental fees. Some baby gear on site was helpful plus the recommendation for Babilicious to rent everything else we needed made it so that we could pack lighter and have the 'nice to have' items for the two under two that we were traveling with. Having a couple of empty cupboards to put groceries away in would be great. Some serving bowls would also be great. Would recommend that the owners evaluate what is in the kitchen cupboards, get rid of the non-functioning items and reorganize so that the guests don't ave to keep all of the groceries on the counters.Overall we loved the property and highly recommend it! Jeff & Shana were responsive and very helpful.
