Beautiful Plantation at Princeville

Lovingly maintained home!

Bright and airy, ground level condo with attached one-car garage in a desirable community in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai.

This unit is the essence of aloha and comfort. Brand new linens, new boogey boards & cooler chest. The well-stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal or barbecue out by the pool. The outdoor lanai is the perfect place to relax with your morning coffee, evening cocktail, or to enjoy your meals.

The open floor plan features a comfortable air conditioned living area with a flat screen smart TV.
The two spacious bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the condo and both host a king size bed & smart TV’s. The master bedroom has a slider opening to the lanai, a walk-in closet, and a large ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a deep soaking tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is conveniently located next to the second bathroom. Both bedrooms are also air conditioned.

· Make use of the pool, hot tub, and workout center. The pool area also features 2 new gas grills for a delicious barbecue!
· Find close by shopping and dining at The Princeville Center.
· Enjoy golfing or dining at the Makai golf course named one of the “top-five great golf settings.”
· Grab a beach towel and head to one of the local beaches, such as Hanalei Bay Beach or Anini beach.
· Explore the beautiful town of Hanalei where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, art galleries, and charming shops.
· Don’t miss the nearby spectacular views at the lighthouse and wildlife preserve.

Princeville Stay

This was our first time to HI and our stay was amazing! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen, as we were able to cook many meals throughout our stay. Everything was spacious, clean and updated throughout the condo. The garage even had beach gear for us to borrow, such as coolers, some snorkeling equipment, umbrella, boogie boards and beach chairs. The pool was nice and the private patio and table were great to use for outdoor dining. The washer and dryer came in handy and the owners even stocked it with detergent-no need to bring your own or buy any. The location of the condo was very handy to get to all North Shore beaches/shopping/activities/grocery supplies, and check in was a breeze, with all info we needed texted to me. I had a couple questions right before check in and the owners got back to me immediately. There were even beach towels for us to borrow. Everything was thought of. Thank you for a wonderful stay! If we get the chance to come back to Kauai, we will definitely stay with you again.

Great Princeville Stay

This was ideally located, well cared for, and with all you could need when far away from home. Beach gear was very helpful. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was excellent - they were kind enough to allow us to check in early, which was a huge help.

Family fun

The property was excellent. Really well maintained vacation property. Lots of thoughtful infrastructure for cooking and equipment for the beach. Would highly recommend. Our host was helpful and easy to reach for questions. We will fondly remember the tsunami that wasn’t but also appreciate the beauty of the north shore and not to take this unspoiled region for granted!

Mom/Daughter vacay

This was our annual trip to Kauai and our second time we stayed in Princeville. This rental had everything we needed to make our stay easy. The place was clean and beautiful inside. The bedrooms are on separate sides of the living room so you could have some privacy . Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook and make your own meals. The lanai is off the living room and main bedroom and has a little grassy area surrounded by the beautiful plants that you can only find in Kauai. Our favorite beach, Hanalei, is only a few miles away and as we to the beach daily and this place was stocked with beach towels, a beach umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc.

Perfect Princeville Condo

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood across the street from a golf course. There is a great walking path that follows the course. Princeville is clean and lush. It is less than 15 minutes to Hanalei which is the cutest beach town with shops, restaurants and a beautiful beach with soft white sand. A grocery store is a few minutes away but I recommend stopping at Costco or Safeway after you land. The pool and hot tub were very nice, never crowded and the area was clean. I appreciated being able to park in the garage. Coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. The AC and internet worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Laura, the property manager, was there to greet us when we arrived and was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If we visit Kauai again, we will be staying here!

Amazing!!!

We had an amazing time in Kauai and were very happy we chose to stay in this VRBO. It was clean and had enough space for a family of four. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is super convenient when you have teenage girls. It has air conditioning, garage parking and is very close to the pool. The master suite and living room has a patio door out to the lanai where we had our morning coffee. The kitchen is equipped and well stocked with everything you need. The location is great. It’s a short drive to the beaches on the north shore. The grocery store, shave ice and Lapperts ice cream is a couple minutes away. We walked from our VRBO to see the Queen’s Bath. Check-in and check out was very easy. If you are looking for somewhere to stay while in Kauai near the north shore this property in Princeville is perfect!

Amazing

The place was clean and spacious for two couples. The bed was comfortable. Location was great, walking distance to a couple of restaurants and shopping area. Laura (host) was very responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend this for a group of 4!

It was lovely, beautiful grounds, great pool and gym facilities! The unit itself was well stocked with lots of beach gear. The kitchen had almost everything you’d to prepare and enjoy meals except for coffee. If that’s the only complaint there’s little to worry about.

Wonderful Condo/Property

My husband and I stayed in this condo for 6 nights. We loved it!Pros: Close to grocery store, shopping, beaches. The condo was immaculate. Very spacious. The air conditioning worked well. Condo was well equipped with everything you could need/want. The pool/jacuzzi was nice. Laura (property manager) was an excellent communicator and responded immediately to any requests.Cons: Bottom unit, so you could hear people upstairs. No air conditioning in the bathrooms. If you wanted to see/hike Waimea Canyon, it is a 2 hour drive and the airport in Lihue is a 1 hour drive.We would not hesitate to stay at this condo complex again, if we were to stay in Princeville.

Wonderful place to stay!

Love Princeville and proximity to Hanalei. Very clean and the decor is so pretty. Great lanai to sit and have dinner or a drink. Kitchen fully stocked, awesome coffee pot that doesn’t need paper filters, Ninja blender for drinks, so many kitchen extras! Thick bath towels, powerful hair dryer…..and Laura, the contact person, is on site and very helpful. Replies to texts promptly😊
