Alii Kai 5301 occupa un ottimo angolo all'ultimo piano perché entri nell'edificio al secondo piano, hai solo 13 gradini da salire per raggiungere la tua porta! All'interno troverai eleganti aggiornamenti e comodi mobili tropicali. La cucina è stata magnificamente rinnovata - un sacco di controsoffitto e spazio dell'isola se si desidera rimanere e cucinare. Lavatrice e asciugatrice sono nel condominio. C'è un bagno padronale ristrutturato e spazioso per farti sentire coccolato e speciale. Non ti dispiacerà un occasionale giorno di pioggia in questo condominio di Princeville. È un piacere soggiornare e rilassarsi, godersi il panorama - persino guardare le balene durante i mesi invernali - e assaporare la pace e la privacy di questa perfetta posizione all'ultimo piano. Tutte le nostre case vacanze Kauai a Alii Kai sono 1200 piedi quadrati con due camere da letto, due bagni e un lanai privato.

Oltre alle viste sull'oceano senza ostacoli dal soggiorno e da entrambe le camere da letto, avrete anche una splendida vista sulle montagne e potrete persino vedere Bali Hai. Sdraiati a letto e guarda le onde che si infrangono o addormentarsi al suono della risacca notturna - - sì, puoi ammirare il panorama senza nemmeno alzarti dal letto! La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, la camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. Due materassi futon gemelli offrono un sonno aggiuntivo per i membri più giovani della tua famiglia. TV via cavo, telefono e wifi gratuito sono forniti. Complesso comprende una piscina. Awesome stay!

The property and unit were great! We enjoyed the beautiful views from all of the rooms, especially the primary bedroom! The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many of our meals there. It was also nice to enjoy the pool in the afternoon after our daily hikes/ trips to the beach. Appreciated the convenience of using the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella during our stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Views and Peaceful

This was our first stop on Kauai, and we really enjoyed the panoramic views. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood, and relaxing on the deck while viewing the beautiful ocean. There is a nice breeze which helps keep things cool inside. We drove into Hanalei to enjoy the beach and for some meals. The local market had plenty of supplies and fresh food, too.

Lovely, comfortable, quiet condo with an unsurpassable view! This was our third stay at Ali’i Kai and this is my favorite unit yet. So close to shopping, walking paths, and my favorite beach (Anini), yet very private and peaceful. Mahalo for a wonderful stay.

Exactly as I imagined- paradise! Spectacular balcony views and spacious rooms. It did get a little warm since there's no AC even with fans blowing and opening windows at night

Amazing location in Princeville

This was an amazing property that was well maintained. The wrap around balcony has beautiful views of the ocean and the Nā Pali mountains. The property management company was very attentive. I highly recommend this property.

Nice location, great views of ocean, close to good beaches for adults and children.

The home was well equipped including beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The space was breezy with open windows and beautiful ocean views.

Spectacular ocean view and quiet Resort

The Resort is beautiful with an amazing ocean view. Access to beach is difficult and slippery, but didn’t mind taking a short trip to other beaches. The condo is nice with upgrades in master bathroom. Plenty of extra linens, towels and beach towels, beach chairs, ice chest, …..

Kauai Condo

The view was amazing. The furniture especially the livingroom needs updating. Sectional worn and saggy. The bedroom mattresses uncomfortable. Kitchen well equipped but microwave too high of location for short people to reach. Condo was very clean and well stocked with towels etc. Anti slip safety shower tape needs to be put in showers. Master bedroom sun shade on window was broken. For those with mobility issues too many stairs to reach condo. Overall beautiful view...good location...well stocked....clean.

Beautiful and nice but

This is a beautiful property. We were there for a week with no problems but the owners need to think about an AC unit of some sort or some large fans. They also might want to replace some appliances. Once we figured out the air cooling situation it was a wonderful stay.

Amazing Views, But...

You can beat the ocean and mountain views from this condo. They were stunning! Great beaches and restaurants close by. But the condo itself was somewhat outdated. TV was difficult to use, bedding was scratchy and pillows were terrible. Fridge would kick in with loud hum off and on through out the day and night. Dryer only has one workable setting--HOT! We were surprised to learn that there was NO AC--arrival day was hot and humid, but once windows were open condo cooled down comfortably in 24 hrs. Toilet in small bathroom didn't flush well. The kitchen, however, was stocked well with everything we needed, and there were numerous games/puzzles to keep us occupied as well as beach gear (chairs, cooler) etc to use at the beach. Overall, I give the property 5 stars for views, but 3 stars for the condo itself.

Princeville Paradise

Great condo with amazing ocean views. Very comfortable with all we needed for cooking in. Plenty of breach towels and other beach equipment which we used daily. Highly recommend this condo. Also appreciated the attention from the rental company. Got a day before, day of snd day after arrival calls to ensure we had no questions or issues.

Excellent Condo! Pick this one, you won't regret it!

This condo was beautiful. It is the absolutely perfect place, the views are unbelievable from every room! The short drive to Hanalei Bay was so easy and we really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, bug spray, sunscreen, and other beach items that were in the condo. We also used the pool at the condo, nice short walk just at the other end of the parking lot. There were games, cards, and books in the closet. There were books about the area, the islands, and a binder of very useful information about farmers' markets, beaches, hidden spots, etc. The kitchen was so well equipped. We've stayed in a lot of VRBO condos, this was by far my favorite because it had everything you could think of, it felt like home! If you want to stay on the North Shore, this would be the one to pick! I was a little worried about the rainy forecast, and for a while was regretting booking the north shore instead of the sunnier southern shore. However, there was part of every single day with sunshine. It rained everyday, but not all day. When we did go to the south side of the island we found it to be crowded and the beaches were smaller. The best beach on the whole island is at Hanalei Bay and this condo gives you perfect access from beautiful Princeville.

Loved this condo!

This condo seems like it's been updated recently, as everything inside was very modern. The kitchen has a vast assortment of cookware so that you have everything you need to cook meals. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Both bedrooms, living room, and lanai have great oceanfront views. It also comes with all kinds of beach gear (beach chairs, towels, coolers, etc.), so you won't have to rent/buy those. The location and nightly rate was what attracted me to this condo, and I must say that this unit was a great value. I won't hesitate to stay here again.
