- Nestled a short 7 minute drive from the breathtaking Hanalei Bay, Annini Beach and 20 minutes to the awe-inspiring Na Pali Coast State Park, this property offers the perfect base to explore the island's natural wonders.
- Spacious Great Room with 15' high cathedral ceilings, clean, uncluttered interior space, and sweeping views of expansive, tropical greenery.
- Repose on the private 2nd floor lanai for morning coffee, Walk to Annini Beach or Princeville Center shops & restaurants.
- Private desk area for work vacation with a minimum of 60mb wireless internet, for the work at home professional.

- Master Bedroom with an electric back rest- adjustable with remote, king bed, private en suite bathroom with walk in shower, closet, flat screen TV, and optional desk space, golf course greenery views.
- 2nd Master Bedroom with one queen and one twin bed, private bath(tub & shower combo), closet, optional desk area, golf course greenery views.
- 1 car garage with surf boards & beach gear.
- Open area parking for 1 car.
- Ceiling fans in every room.
- Kitchen fully furnished with blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, etc.
- Household sized washer & dryer, iron & iron board.
- Soaps and linens are only initially provided for the 1st week, due to the wide variety of preferences in today's world and frequent long term multiple month stays.
- Bath & beach towels and accessories are only initially provided and will not be replaced during guest's stay.
- In house cleaning of high priority areas, a minimum of every 2 weeks is required and paid by guest directly to the clean team. Cleaning every 2 weeks ensures premises are maintained to premium vacation rental standards.
- HOA rules require 30 day minimum booking.

The location was perfect. Right between the two surf spots our avid surfers wanted to be at. At first we weren't crazy about staying in Princeville but it proved to be perfect. The home was just as decribed and was ample stocked with all we needed to cook our meals in the morning and evening. They had two coolers in the garage to pack drinks and lunch. Plenty of beach towels, 2 umbrellas and beach chairs, we were set. They even had a few soft top surfboards we didn't use because we brought our own, but that was a cool touch.

Princeville Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is nicely furnished, with clean and simple details throughout. The upstairs living area and kitchen is filled with natural light- you can see tropical foliage from all windows- really nice! The kitchen is well appointed with cookware for at home meals, and the blender is great! We have needed air conditioning at other properties we have stayed at in Kauai, but the cool evening breezes and ceiling fans made it very comfortable for us. Also, my husband works remotely and the internet was excellent. Great beach gear as well. Location is really convenient in Princeville to nearby park and grocery store. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location in Princeville

Nice location, walking distance to food store, bank, Saturday farmers market. Easy place to stay, comfortable. You can tell property is used as a rental. minimal kitchen, stained furniture. No a/c could be an issue at times. If more than 2 people had been there would have had a problem. Only 2 beach chairs and 4 beach towels. Have rented many homes in this price range, most equiped better. Lots of outside noise most days, starting very early, from golf course.

Proceed with Caution

The month we spent in Princeville is one we will always remember. The location of the villas is perfect. The property itself has been nicely updated and decorated minimally, which was perfect for a family with little kids. Unfortunately we had construction of the golf course going on right behind us (that we were not made aware of ) that tainted the view and will likely be under construction for the next year. The reason for the 3 star review is simply because of the property manager. While he started off strong, he simply is overworked and constantly complaining of other needs that were greater than whatever we were asking help for. He is terrible at communicating and left us waiting over serious issues without so little as a text or phone call in response. We were refunded for a couple of unfortunate events that occurred during our stay as well as an overcharge, which of course was an inconvenience for him to work on so it took way longer to send back to us. All in all, we will never stay at this property again as long as Andrew is the manager.

Spacious Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay at Villas on the Prince. It had so much space and was beautifully decorated! The lanai looking out toward the tropical plants was lovely. Very close to the Princeville Center which made it convenient for food and groceries. Not on the beach which would have made it perfect. Andrew was excellent to work with always getting right back to us with any questions we had.
