Il nostro condominio Ali'i Kai 1 con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni offre una delle migliori viste sull'oceano a Princeville da quasi tutte le finestre. Ti offre una vista sull'oceano a 180 gradi in modo da poterti svegliare alla vista e al suono del mare senza nemmeno dover lasciare il tuo letto!
Con circa 1200 piedi quadrati di spazio vitale tra cui un lanai privato perfetto per l'osservazione delle balene, letti e mobili arredati in modo confortevole, cucina completa e lavasciuga in unità, troverai tutto il necessario per una fantastica vacanza. L'unità si trova al secondo piano, il che in Ali'i Kai significa che puoi camminare dal parcheggio all'unità senza salire o scendere le scale.
Oltre alle spaziose sistemazioni, a pochi passi da Ali'i Kai, troverai Hideaway's Beach, Turtle Cave e Queen's Bath.

Carrie could not have been more helpful. We enjoyed this very clean and bug free condo and plan to return. This location is exceptional for whale watching from either the lanai or on the chairs at the nearby cliff. Two beaches can be reached by some walking and more are within a twenty minute drive or less. The condo is ready for cooking or grilling outside.Thank you, Carrie!

The location is the biggest draw. The balcony offers unobstructed views of the ocean. The building is curved in such a fashion that it offers a fair amount of privacy.Everything else about the unit was great, as well. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen which was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The bathrooms clean.It was all good.

Beautiful ocean front condo. I added some pictures of the views. Loved relaxing and listening to the ocean day and night. Even though there is no A/C we were able to sleep comfortably with the ocean breeze coming in the windows and ceiling fan. The host sent a great list of island must-sees and also had a couple of books available which was helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of beach gear to use. Everything was clean and just as we expectes. We had no troubles finding the place or getting in. Very nice and quiet property.

Pics don't do the view justice. It was "hot and humid" the whole time we were here and the lack of AC wasn't a big deal at all. Place is dated, but who cares. A great jumping off spot for all the Kuai north side spots. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Great stay, great views, great condo

This listing was very accurate in its advertisement of stunning views. My wife and I loved sipping a morning coffee on the lanai, overlooking the ocean. Our kids (19 and 15) had plenty of room to spread out. We had a lot of our dinners just sitting out on the lanai, spotting turtles and birds. We hadn't been to Kauai in 26 years, and it was wonderful. My kids and I even went down the trail (be careful!) to the turtle cove and waded into the cave and saw 7 turtles! The only issue we had is that it was a little warm at night, and it wasn't during a heat wave. We have always stayed in a place that has AC in Hawaii, so we took a gamble, and it paid off with views...it was just and adjustment to sleeping with covers off, windows open and opening doors and windows to find the optimal cross-breezes. But, my family is just heat-averse, I personally was fine. The decor and furniture is a bit outdated, but that didn't bother us. Check-in was wonderful and the owner was very communicative and accommodating. We kayaked the river, swung off ropes into fresh-water pools, and did a NaPali coast boat tour with snorkeling. We will definitely want to come back to this condo.

Excellent Views in a Quiet Condo & Peaceful Neighborhood

Our family of 5 was visiting Kauai for spring break. The views from the large windows and lanai are spectacular! We saw a whale one day and could see turtles swimming below in the surf. The property was very clean with well appointed furnishings. The beds are very comfortable. I really appreciated the extra fan in the master bedroom to add white noise when I went to bed early and my kids stayed up to watch movies. There were several beach towels, beach chairs, & masks and snorkels for us to choose from which was a huge plus because snorkeling was a big part of our trip. There were also 2 Boogie Boards provided which my husband and sons used. Everything was great and I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay here. Will definitely come again if we have the opportunity down the road!

Perfect

This place was amazing. Thank you so much for sharing. The amenities were simply perfect for us, not to mention the lovely lanai with a breathtaking view and active whales, dolphins and birds. Loved the binoculars and really enjoyed the guide books. The listing of your favorite things to do was greatly appreciated and thorough. We’ve been to Kauai many times and found many new fun things to do in your write. Super washer and dryer - beach toys including thick beach towels and sand mats were in great shape and plentiful. Can’t thank you enough for having various size fins and snorkel gear. Again, just perfect. Linens, pillows, bedding, were exceptionally comfortable and of good quality. Everything was amazing. Loved the well equipped orderly kitchen - especially the containers with lids and non-breakable drinking glasses that made it so easy for beach picnics and such. Trade winds and abundant fans made the stay pleasant. Again, a thousand thanks for sharing your beautiful, comfortable well appointed place. This unit is not fancy, just very simple and practical with tremendous Aloha. People like us could not come to paradise if it weren’t for people like you trusting strangers in your home. Mahalo.

Paradise Cliffside View

Absolutely amazing stay! The hosts had everything you could ever possibly need from snorkel gear (and multiple sets) to beach chairs, cooking utensils, and amazing binoculars to watch the whales - which we did for our 3 day stay! I loved the DECOR! So oceany!!! Highly recommend the cliffside stay! We did not have a lot of time to explore the trails around the condo, but it looked like quite the adventure if you decided to do those things as well! Loved it!!!

Loved This Place!

This unit is about as close to the ocean as you can get and the bedroom closet is full of all the beach equipment you need! The kitchen is very well stocked with cookware/utensils so we went to Costco/Walmart in Lihue and loaded up on groceries to prepare most of our meals in the condo...restaurants around there are expensive! My ONLY complaint is the low chairs on the lanai isn't ideal for whale watching. Taller chairs would bring your line of sight above the railing instead of through it. I brought my own but nice touch having binoculars in the unit! The whales gave us multiple shows during the week!

Couldn’t be better!

The condo was exactly as described and full of amenities for the beach! We felt very at home and spent many hours on the lanai watching the beautiful ocean. We even saw whales. It was a perfect spot to travel the north coast and also head down to the south coast for other fun excursions!

Great view and location. Clean and good appliances / washer dryer. No A/C but ocean breeze greatly mitigates especially at night. North shore of Kauai has nice vibe and we very much enjoyed our stay.
