Pieno Vista mare, grande per il whale watching

Non c'è niente di meglio di questo: splendida, leggero, luminoso, arioso, pieno oceano vista condominio. Due verande meravigliosi privato e tranquillo. Il luogo ideale per osservare i delfini e le balene giocare. Godetevi arcobaleni attraverso le montagne incontaminate di Kauai. Sorseggiando il caffè del mattino sul lanai, la vela albatros attraverso i cieli blu.
Il nostro appartamento è molto ben mantenuto con tutti i comfort tra cui un HDTV 60 ", internet gratuito, tutti i teli da spiaggia e piscina, sedie e ghiacciaia. cucina completamente attrezzata con vista sull'oceano. Non c'è bisogno di portare qualcosa di più di vostri costumi da bagno.
Arredato, Master Suite con veranda privata e bagno completo. Un altro bagno completo fuori la zona giorno. Perfetto per una coppia di vacanza, luna di miele o vacanza tranquilla.

Excellent stay and highly recommend this vacation property. Very clean. Perfect location. Loved the view from kitchen with ocean and mountains. Saw many whales from lanai. Pool area for adults is great and other vacationers very friendly. Perfect walking neighborhood and close to shops and restaurants. The mattress is on the soft side but having two full bathrooms is a real plus. Would love to stay here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect stocked with all things necessary for a beautiful time. We stayed last year and came back because it met our needs and we were pleasantly surprised by new floors and furniture this year. The hosts were amazing and communication was awesome. Excellent location, watched whales breach and tail slap, located close to a grocery store for cooking supplies (easy to cook/clean with upgraded appliances), great proximity to Princeville airport (helicopter tour!) and the complex jacuzzi felt great after we hiked down into and back out of Waimea Canyon.

Wonderful place to stay!! Amazing views of the ocean. We saw whales from our lanai every day we were there. Very clean unit. Nice extra touches, umbrellas, beach bags, beach chairs, coolers. This unit felt like a home away from home! The community pool and hot tub was an added bonus.

This was a perfect stay in the Princeville area! The view and sounds of the ocean from the balcony were amazing and soothing. There was some whale activity but not that much in the first week of January. I did a whale watching boat trip from the west side of the island that saw many whales. The weather was rainy and colder than what I was used to on previous trips to Kauai so it was really nice to have two hot tubs and a heated pool section. There were many times when it was pouring as I sat and chatted with other visitors in the hot tub. There were so many rainbows to watch from the balcony! The condo has a great layout, plenty of space, is clean and is fully stocked even with tuber ware, oil, spices, coffee and plenty of nice toiletries. The only thing missing was a water kettle to heat up hot water for those who drink tea like me. The condo is a second level unit and has good airflow with both doors open on the two balconies. You can hear your neighbors. The bed is comfortable. The Cliffs resort offers such great amenities like lei making, a farmer’s market stand, food trucks, a happy hour so you can get all you need there. It’s also walking distance (30min) from one of the best sunset watching spots in the area. The owner Mr Simpson is very attentive and helpful. Overall I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Very clean..LOVED the Lani and ocean view..sunrise and sunset from the lani and bluffs were spectacular...loved that were lots of fans, and air conditioner in bedroom made the stay and sleeping so comfortable. Loved the pool and all the farmers markets. Also got alot of use of the beach gear and coolers,umbrellas etc. Very comfortable even if we spent most of our time outside and the bedroom air conditioner was so NICE to have. That alone is big reason we will definitely come again! Thank you and Mahalo.

Beautiful Views from the deck!

My wife and I stayed for 12 nights. This is our second visit to The Cliffs, but the first time in this unit. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable bed. Loved the air conditioning in the bedroom- didn’t have that in the other condo. Great sunset views from the deck. Can’t go wrong if your looking for a nice place to stay in Princville.

Look no further

The hosts are wonderful. Best view on the island. Great wildlife, Feral, chickens, albatross chicks, lots of birds, and whales that I could see with my binoculars from the lanai. Fully stocked condo if you like to cook.

Location & View were amazing

Property fully equipped with anything you might need. When we go back to Kauai we would love to book the rental again. Only downfall of the area was we were very disappointed in the food on the North Shore, pricey and not very good.

Unforgettable vacation

We stayed at the property April 27 - May 3rd 2025 and found it to be exactly as described and shown in the pictures. The property was in immaculate condition and included everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We loved spending our mornings with coffee and breakfast on the lanai. What a magnificent view! The beach chairs, umbrellas, mats, boogie boards and coolers available to use made it easy to spend time at the beaches. The Cliffs resort is in a very good location - a beautiful neighborhood close to a walking and bike path around the golf course, close to restaurants and beaches. The resort properties and landscaping are very well maintained and offers gas BBQ grills, social activities, workout equipment, a nice pool, Pickleball courts and much more! The owners provided detailed directions to the resort and check in procedures upon arrival. We found the binder they provided with recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area very helpful.This was truly an unforgettable vacation in paradise and we hope to return again! Highly recommend staying here!

Lovely condo, awesome views, perfect location

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying in this Princeville condo during a month long trip to Hawaii where we visited each of the 4 main islands. Of all the great places we stayed, this was probably our favorite. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable boasting awesome views of the ocean beyond the cliff. Very conveniently located to all the beaches and attractions of the north shore. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Beautiful stay at the Cliffs

This condo has beautiful views that allowed us to feel Hawaii even as we relaxed "at home" in between outings. The property had everything we needed to be comfortable and prepare meals at home; and the property owners were very helpful and available for any of our questions.

Great ocean views

A very clean, safe and relaxing space. Roomy one bedroom condo with fantastic views, fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds surround the complex. Lots of whale watching. We enjoyed the lovely pool and two hot tubs. A peaceful getaway in paradise..

Princeville Palace

This is a great place overlooking the north shore of Kauai. It has everything you need (and sometimes two of what you need). Very well stocked and comfortable place to stay. The view from the balcony overlooking the cliff is incredible and a great place to spend your extra down time. Loved it loved it loved it!

Awesome week!

We really enjoyed being at this VRBO. We arrived Super Bowl Sunday and their was a party at the rec center happening, great food and fun atmosphere. . I received texts daily about things happening at The Cliffs Condos. Ie: History/natural talks, happy hour, etcThe condo unit was perfect. Full kitchen, nicely appointed. And a terrific view. The grounds were clean and well manicured.
