The top floor features a massive chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, including a gas-range and dedicated wine fridge. The dining area features a beautiful, wooden table and the entertainment area flows from the kitchen and opens to an expansive, outdoor lanai. The upstairs also has cold air-conditioning for those rare, late summer days without trade winds.

The spacious, primary bedroom suite is also on the top floor and features a California king-sized bed, a separate sitting area with small library, and a private, covered lanai. There is an exquisite en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, two separate rain showers, a jetted soaking tub and large, walk-in closet.

The entry level of the home features another expansive living room that opens to a covered lanai with plenty of seating. There are three additional master bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom features two bunk bed sets and is perfect for families with children. The entire home is tastefully decorated and features an abundance of local art and photography that has been collected by the owners throughout the years.
