Huge Home w/ Private Pool, Jacuzzi, & Water Slide! Sleeps 18!

Affectionately named “The Pool House” by our 4 little ones, this house is above and beyond its typical name sake. This sprawling 3,000 sq.ft. home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with room to sleep at least 18 comfortably. A sleek modern kitchen, outdoor grill, 2 living room areas, and your own pool, complete with water slide and jacuzzi will be the cherry-on-top of your Hawaiian vacation! Come create lasting memories and enjoy time together!

• “The Declaration provides that “No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any land in Princeville at Hanalei, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood.”
Noise sources which may constitute an annoyance/nuisance include, but are not limited to: boisterous activities, incessant animal noise, musical instruments, audio equipment, televisions, unmuffled or inadequately muffled motor vehicles, public address systems,
spa/pool activity.
Nuisance noise is defined as being excessively loud at the property line of the nearest neighbor.”

• “Trash pickup is on Wednesday morning and the cans are to be put out no earlier than Tuesday at noon and put away no later than Wednesday evening”

• “Vehicles must be parked with all wheels of the vehicle on the driveway.
For safety purposes, the first two (2) feet of the driveway from the road asphalt must
remain clear. At no time should a car or its contents extend into the roadway.
These requirements are in force at any time day or night.”

This was an amazing pool house! It has everything you need! Pool floats, sand shoes, beach chairs, coolers and more!! We loved having the pool! There was some left over foods! Nina was also very responsive! We loved Kauai! It was so beautiful! We hope to come back and we would love to stay with Nina again!!

Wow. We are so glad we chose to stay here. The place was very well laid out and had plenty of room for family hang outs while still having private rooms for quiet time. The pool and spa were great perks to have, especially to let the kids blow off energy in the evening. The kitchen was huge and well-appointed, and we were not wanting for anything. We cooked meals there every day. The garage had a bunch of beach-related stuff like chairs, sand toys, snorkels, a wagon, etc. so we didn't need to go out and look for that stuff. Nina was a pleasure to work with, and she was quick to reply whenever we had a question. We will look to come back for sure!

Perfect Princeville Paradise for Our Big Family!Our family had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Princeville, Kauai. It was everything we could have hoped for and more—spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a large group like ours.The private pool and hot tub were a dream! We spent hours swimming and the backyard felt like a secluded oasis. The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down in the evenings. The home itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Every room was thoughtfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed—from a well-stocked kitchen to extra towels and beach gear. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and we never once felt crowded, even with our large group.Another huge bonus was the ample parking. We had four rental vehicles, and there was more than enough space to park comfortably—something we really appreciated since it’s not always easy to find at vacation rentals.The location in Princeville was ideal—close to stunning beaches, scenic trails, and just a short drive to Hanalei. It was the perfect blend of convenience and quiet. The neighborhood felt safe and upscale, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.The hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive.

The Pool House

This is a very spacious home in a very convenient location. It is well appointed and well maintained. It is also equipped with many extras that you would not normally expect. There were many items available to take with you to the beaches, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards etc.We would definitely stay there again.

Best family place ever

We had a surprise 70th birthday for my husband, our kids and grandkids joined us. The place was perfect, well equipped and comfortable. The pool entertained everyone, we cooked all our meals in the house and had plenty of room for all 18. The grandkids loved the bunk room, it was a big sleep over. I would recommend this for any large group. We were all very happy with The Pool House.

Absolutely Beautiful Home and Pool

Our family had a fantastic time at the pool house. We had everything we needed to prepare some great meals together. The house was immaculate and in a wonderful neighborhood which was great for walks. It was so fun to see the huge Albatross sitting on nests! The golf course was in good condition and there were plenty of beautiful beaches. Nina was very responsive with booking and anything we needed. Thank you so much and we highly recommend her home!
