Una casa molto privata, meravigliosa e spaziosa con molti servizi pensati. Molte aree di raccolta dal soggiorno, alla sala da pranzo, agli sgabelli da bar in cucina e in una sala giochi. Inoltre, ci sono più lanai arredati con comodi mobili da esterno per le opzioni per godersi la vita all'aria aperta. Inoltre una piscina privata e vasca idromassaggio fuori terra vicino alla piscina.

La sala giochi ha un tavolo da biliardo per il divertimento al coperto.

La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario per vivere comodamente dagli asciugamani da spiaggia al barbecue. C'è una TV, stereo, telefono, asciugacapelli in ogni bagno, asse da stiro, biancheria in abbondanza e cucina completamente attrezzata.

Due docce esterne calde / fredde, due set di lavatrici / asciugatrici. Questo è particolarmente apprezzato dai grandi gruppi!


Attività nelle vicinanze: un breve tragitto in auto vi porta al centro di Princeville per numerosi negozi e ristoranti e il St. Hotel Regis. Il campo da golf del Makai Course è salito in cima a quasi tutte le classifiche rispettate del golf che si possano immaginare. 7 miglia a Hanalei per spiagge e ottime escursioni. Qui puoi anche organizzare il kayak sul fiume Hanalei. A breve distanza a sud da Kilauea con il suo antico faro, il santuario degli uccelli, negozi e ristoranti affascinanti. C'è anche equitazione, pesca, surf, windsurf, tour in elicottero, snorkeling e giardino botanico tropicale.

Wonderful Kauai home

House is big, clean and well stocked with basic amenities. Pool and hot tub were great. Nice and quiet neighborhood with beautiful park around the corner. Highly recommend.

Spacious and beautiful!

The house was very spacious and beautiful over all our stay was great, however the house lacks towels, dishes, pots and pans, napkins, toilet paper, a broom, the hot tub in the pool didn’t heat. The wood is coming apart in the pantry and we saw many bugs.

Nice property, especially the back patio and view

Our family of 5 adults,3 teens, and a tween stayed in this home in July 2024. The back patio was lovely:overlooks a lush golf course, the cool breeze is constant. The kitchen is large enough and well stocked with essentials but the faucet was not working properly. Decor and furnishings are dated but not unattractive. Laundry very good. Lighting inadequate in bunk room. No dressers, etc. for clothing. There is no air conditioning-- mostly a problem in the room with the two bunks. They are large and block the windows on one side of the room so cross ventilation is weak. Also, there is no ceiling fan in that room as shown in photos. We did request and were given additional floor fans which helped. The other bedrooms had enough ventilation that they were not unpleasant at night. The main floor bedrooms are all quite small, but the upper floor with its separate sitting area and balcony are great. The TV should be moved to the sitting area from that bedroom though. The pool table is not in the house, as implied by the photo, but in the garage. The heat there was stifling most of the time. There is a nice enclosed de-sanding area with hose and shower. Biggest issue for us was the pool: it was dirty when we arrived, the cleaner, which was supposed to remain in the pool at all times, was not functioning. Since that was the reason we rented this property that was a disappointment. The agency did make a good faith effort to help. Hot tub great; pool spa nonfunctional.

Good Vibes Only

Everything was amazing and as advertised. The home is very spacious and easily accommodated two families with five teenagers. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rental home. The trade winds were blowing so no a/c was no problem! The location is great! A favorite for all was watching the numerous bird species from the back lanai. I would 100% rent this home again.

Great Spot For Family

We very much enjoyed everything about our stay in Princeville. The house is perfect for our two families with enough room for people to have personal space and gather together as they wish. It was perfect for our group of four adults and four teens.

Good except primary suite bed

House was nice, may need a deep clean, floors were dirty and sticky.. I had to sleep on the couch due to the primary suite’s bed being very uncomfortable, super soft, with zero support. Pillows are also very thick, if you have neck issues bring your own. Also pool vacuum must stay on and in, at all times, even when swimming. It was nice to have fans and it was a spacious layout. Beautiful location

This was a great home for our family not 8. We had ample space to enjoy each other and plenty of sleeping space/beds at the end of the day. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Would recommend to any large family.

You will not be sorry if you stay here! Amazing lanai with shade, breeze and NeNe's & chicken's for company. Family pool for play, great beach toys & chairs. Kitchen had all that you need for family dinners at home. Pool table in the garage for extra entertainment. Having the extra fridge in the garage was great for our Costco haul. Lastly , the property management team is fantastic! From food / restaurant recommendations, early contact with activities to reserve early as well as quick response to questions.

Great house with a pool!

We had a great time at this VRBO! It was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was great and there were even beach chairs and a beach canopy which were both very helpful. Check-in/check-out were both very easy. Great place to stay!

Excellent Stay

Beautiful house right on the golf course. Plenty of room for 5 adults and two kids. Very quiet. We all loved the pool, hot tub, and back patio. Kitchen was very well equipped. Nicely furnished and decorated. Pool table in the garage got a lot of use. Master suite upstairs is amazing! Just a few cons - pool was really dirty when we arrived and pool sweep wasn’t working. Took about 30 minutes to skim and get the sweep going again. If trade winds aren’t blowing, the bedrooms can get pretty warm. And some of the beds - especially the master suite upstairs- are ready to for new mattresses. But we loved our time here and took daily trips down to the fantastic beaches in Hanalei. Wonderful place.

We have traveled to the island on more than one occasion. We choose this island for it the one we load. For what we paid this house I guess we expected more. In the 10 years we travel to the island this location was very disappointing.

Kauai Family Vacation

This house and location was perfect for our family celebration. There were 5 adults and 4 children, 3 to 9yrs old, and the pool was the main attraction for the kids. We also spent a lot of time at the beaches and having all the beach equipment for our use was wonderful! We would highly recommend this house and our only regret was we couldn't spend more time there!

Spacious home and beautiful setting

Well stocked home with many amenities on the golf course. 2 sets of washer/dryer Jacuzzi and hot-tub and refreshing pool Garage had many beach items. Very comfortable beds Birds, chickens, roosters , etc. greeted us daily on the spacious lanai. Overall a very beautiful home allowing all to have a wonderful vacation

Perfect Kauai Getaway

We loved our time at this beautiful location in Princeville. The home is so nice and in such a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of room for our multi family group but everyone gravitated to the back lanai looking overlooking the golf course. The kitchen is well stocked and we made good use of the beach equipment provided. And the pool was an extra luxury. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Kauai.

Princeville Golf Course Property

Great family getaway at this Princeville property with pool. Great master suite upstairs with two private balconies and plenty of rooms and space downstairs to accommodate or multi-generational family. The centrally located pool was perfect for afternoon swim parties and evening relaxation. The only reason for an okay cleanliness rating was for an unclean pool that required maintenance before we could use it, an unclean BBQ that required the same and a broken blender. Management was able to correct the issues by day two and all was well.

Perfect house for a group!

This house was great for couples! Beautiful house on the golf course, pool and hot tub were perfect. The small hot tub doesn’t work but there is also an above ground hot tub that was nice at night. Garage has a pool table which was fun in the evening. Lanai over looks the golf course which gave us a lot of privacy. Overall great experience and the property manager was very easy to work with. Only downside is that you have to checkin and pick up the keys in Lihue- we were already on island so that wasn’t convenient but the manager did offer to have the keys delivered to us in princeville!

Comfortable Clean house

Clean and comfortable house. 5 adults and 2 children 7 and 11 years old stayed for 9 days and was plenty of space so we didn’t get on each others nerves. All bedrooms and bathrooms were fine and the large common spaces were large enough to accommodate everyone.

Perfect spot for a big family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hale Moena! I had seen some reviews about no A/C or cleanliness issues and it really was not a problem for us at all. We loved sleeping with the sliding doors open and the breezes blowing through. The wind was blowing when we arrived and the pool had some flotsam in it . Not being a pool owner, I called right away to ask about it and it was just normal plant material and easily scooped out by us in minutes. The responsiveness of the management team was amazing! SO FAST and SO FRIENDLY! We requested an additional fan and it was there with a few hours. The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing but close to groceries and beaches. It was a wonderful stay!
