  • This gorgeous home has a large private pool and views of Kauai's serene ocean and mountains. Just steps from one of the worlds most beautiful golf courses, this homes location makes for the perfect tranquil vacation. Hale Mikana includes air conditioning in every bedroom+ upstairs great room, relaxing outdoor seating and dining areas, a large gourmet kitchen, and a private backyard. Experience the breathtaking views and relaxing vibes of this remarkable Princeville home.
    he house is located right at hole 6 &7 of the Makai Golf Course looking out into Hanalei Bay... literally one of the most beautiful views in the world. Just a few blocks to the new 1Hotel -- the newest and most beautiful hotel on island -- where you can enjoy cocktails, breakfast, lunch, dinner and/or their Bamford Spa. Sit on the lanai and watch the day pass by from sunrise to sunset, different feels throughout the day. Winter months bring Albatross to the area, one of the most amazing birds in the world, where they mate and give birth to their young annually.

    The home features:
    2 King size beds (each bedroom with an en-suite bathroom)
    1 Queen size bed
    2 sets of Twin size bunk beds

    4 beach cruiser bikes, boogies boards, a wavestorm foam surfboard, beach chairs, beach umbrella and sand toys are other amenities that house has to offer.

    Hale Mikana is managed by Stay Kauai, a boutique vacation rental management company, who specialize in curating vacations for each individual guest.

Beautiful Sunsets

We had a great family vacation. The house was large enough for our family of 10 and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The sunsets every evening were great. We walked to the cliff each evening and took in the views. What a beautiful place!

We had a great stay

We enjoyed our stay and will return as soon as we can! We would have gladly just moved in! The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook all the meals for 10 people. The view was incredible and the pool was perfect for the whole group. Thanks!

Amazing home! Amazing town! Amazing island

An amazing week for our family of 5. The pool was great for the kids- the view from the upstairs balcony is as good as the pictures. Spacious rooms and everything you need for cooking/beach going/ relaxing. It was an easy ride to Hanalei each day to the wonderful beach. We had a tough time leaving this paradise and certainly will love to return! I’ve never felt so relaxed!

Family vacation

Beautiful home, great location, quiet neighborhood and great walking trails. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool. Short drive to Hanalei and eating places. Amazing Vacation

We had such a fabulous stay at this home. We stayed there for 7 nights with another family with small children. They were very accommodating and able to put up a fence around the pool, which was amazing. The beds were comfortable, and while there was A/C in only two rooms, the way the air flowed in the home the other rooms were still tolerable to sleep in. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Great property and experience!

Great property and location! The house was clean with lots of amenities and thoughtful touches like bikes, coolers, beach chairs, etc. Wonderful view from the deck. Easy access to all the local activities and beaches. Property manager was responsive to questions, and instructions for arrival/departure, wifi access, etc. were clear, along with added detail on local activities, and places to eat. Was very pleased with the property and experience, and look forward to our next stay!

The house is really nice. Great view from upstairs. Large master suite. Other 2 queen rooms nice. Bunk room we didn’t use, that’s pretty small. It has pretty much everything you need for the beach. Great location. Few minutes to gorgeous Hanalei Bay. 10 minute walk to Queens Bath. Will go back.

Beautiful Home

This home is very beautiful. This was the best placed to be at when we got rained in during the thunderstorms. The board games provided us more family time together. This place had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our food. Rooms was very clean and spacious. One thing I do recommend is paying for the heated pool during our winter months. The kids enjoyed every min of the pool while we were there. So much great family memories created here. Mahalo for opening your home to us.

Awesome Home

Spent five days on Kauai with friends and family and this house blew us all away. We got in late at night and when we walked around to the backyard, all the lights were on for our arrival - it was such a nice welcome to the home. We all spent a lot of time on the lanai drinking our coffee, chatting and just hanging out. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped with kitchen gadgets, games and even some bathroom essentials. I would absolutely return and have even passed on the listing information to other friends.

The house was very clean and had many things provided such as beach items and kitchen items. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return as well to enjoy Kauai and stay here! The only bummer was the lack of a pool heater we were notified after booking that the pool heater was not longer in service, we were refunded the heater fee.

Princeville paradise

This house was absolutely paradise in Kauai overlooking golf course and view of the ocean. This house has plenty of room for everyone! The house is even nicer then the photos . We loved eating all our meals out on the beautiful lani . This house is located near all the beaches and shopping . We paid $150 for pool gate as we had children and wish that the pool was heated as it was cold and told it would cost $150 a day to heat the pool .No life jackets so we brought our own for the children. They have 3 adult bikes in the garage . We enjoyed our bicycle rides .We had a wonderful vacation oct 7th to 15th Would definitely rent this arb again and hope we can come back to parisdise in princeville !!!

Our Family's 50th Anniversary Vacation

It is an outstanding location in Princeville on the Hale Makai Golf course- looking out to the West & allowing us to enjoy beautiful daily sunsets right off the balcony. The pool was a tremendous asset enjoyed daily by kids and adults alike; the kitchen/ dining area were roomy and well equipped to easily handle all 10 of us. We were able to easily reach nearby Kauai beaches and attractions each day - and then back to the house each night for dinners and family fun. There is absolutely no doubt that the Hale Mikana house became our "home" and added immensely to a wonderful vacation and lifetime family memory! Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a well-equipped and maintained location that highly compliments and facilitates all family vacation plans on Kauai! The Management Company was also outstanding and quickly facilitated our vacation needs.

Wonderful property in every way

This house is beautiful and the views are stunning. We’ve been coming to Princeville for many years and this house was definitely one of the best we’ve stayed in. The layout of the house works well for a family with grandparents, kids and grandkids. We loved the upstairs lanai and spent many memorable hours there having meals and enjoying the amazing Bali Hai sunsets. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking gear for our chefs in the family. My only negative comment is that we paid to heat the pool but it never got close to warm. The property manager was wonderful in every way- from pre-arrival to the day we left, including accommodating our late departure flight with a late checkout. The garage was well-stocked for the beach and pool and the 4 bicycles were also a great perk. The golfers in the family enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching the action on the golf course. Perhaps best of all, we could see whales in the ocean from our lanai and the albatrosses put on a show for us every day.that we watched with great amusement from our wonderful second story lanai. Having our groceries here when we arrived was a great convenience. I highly recommend that you ask the property manager to do your shopping in advance of your arrival. We will definitely rent this house again and I hope it is sooner rather than later.

From start to finish everything went very smooth. Easy communication with the property manager. The house had enough space for all 8 of us and more if necessary. The views are impeccable. The outside area with the pool is exactly what you would want from a luxury rental! Overall this was a great experience!
