  • Surf Song, a Princeville Kauai, è una lussuosa casa vacanza privata con licenza con quattro camere da letto climatizzate e quattro bagni privati. È situato su una scogliera che domina l'oceano Pacifico sull'iconica North Shore di Kauai. Goditi i panorami dell'oceano da quasi ogni stanza di questa casa incontaminata, moderna ma tranquilla mentre ascolti il suono rilassante delle onde che si infrangono sulla riva sottostante. Con 10 minuti a piedi da una spiaggia appartata, ma a una piacevole passeggiata o in bicicletta (molte biciclette fornite) delle strutture complete di Princeville, questo è il rifugio perfetto. Tanti dei bei posti e spiagge che Kauai ha da offrire sono a portata di mano, ma potresti scoprire che tutto ciò che vuoi fare è restare e divertirti!

    Surf Song è incentrato su una grande sala a volta che si apre completamente sull'ampio lanai sull'oceano. Adiacente all'oceano si trovano una cucina per chef ultra moderna e completamente attrezzata e un'area di intrattenimento con elettronica nuova e di fascia alta. Due master suite con vista sull'oceano offrono viste e suoni dell'oceano sia dalle camere che dai bagni. Tutte e quattro le camere sono climatizzate con sistemi silenziosi e controllati individualmente. Ognuno ha un lussuoso e moderno bagno privato con pavimenti in ghiaia e infissi Kohler / Grohe. Ognuno ha porte scorrevoli che si aprono su un lanai.

    La casa è dotata di tutto il top della linea, autentici mobili Tommy Bahama. L'atmosfera è di eleganza informale, in stile Plantation. L'incantevole spiaggia di Sealodge ("Una vera gemma" nella guida rivelata di Kauai) si trova direttamente sotto la proprietà ed è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 o 10 minuti. (Il percorso è ripido in alcuni punti e può essere scivoloso quando bagnato, quindi le scarpe di tipo runner sono migliori delle "slippah"!). Sono disponibili servizi di concierge completi; Attività oceaniche o terrestri, massaggi o yoga privati sulla terrazza con vista sull'oceano o chef privato.     Una volta arrivato a Surf Song, alla fine di un tranquillo ed esclusivo cul-de-sac, vedi la favolosa posizione e intravedi l'oceano oltre, saprai di aver scelto saggiamente. Entrando in casa, sarete accolti dalla vista sull'oceano espansiva condivisa da quasi tutte le stanze della casa e dal suono gentile del surf che si infrange sul corallo nella baia incontaminata sottostante

Tremendous. Beautiful house in an ideal and quiet location. The home is very clean and has everything you would want or need (including beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, boogie boards, etc.). The view is stunning.

Loved this property! In a great neighborhood with stunning ocean views. Loved hearing the waves all during the day; some of us slept outside too. A beautiful space. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Beautiful home with an amazing view. Pricey but that’s to be expected for what you get. Only downside was the hot tub didn’t work our entire stay. Great stay regardless, but it was a factor in our booking and no consolation was offered so it has to be mentioned. Would still recommend.

A perfect vacation spot

This is a beautiful home with an unbelievable view. The house has every amenity you want for a beach vacation. It is very well maintained and the outdoor space, including spa, large dining table, chairs and chaise lounges, are terrific. The best compliment I can offer is that we would definitely stay here again.

Great view and lovely home!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! Saw whales from the lanai and watched baby albatrosses in the front cul-de-sac. Lots of extras in the garage made our beach days so much easier and more enjoyable! Wish we could have stayed another week!

Beautiful House

Property is better in person than in the photos. Layout was great for 3 generations on our family trip. Lots of beach toys in the garage for the kids. Comfortable beds. On suite bathrooms for every bedroom was really nice. Everything we needed. My only criticism would be the hard pillows. I would gladly book again!

Beautiful, Spacious Accommodations with Amazing Coastal Views

This beautiful home was perfect for our party of 8, our 3 adult children and their spouses. Although we enjoyed the vast majority of time together on the gorgeous patio, there was plenty of lovely indoor space to lounge in as well. A/C in the bedrooms was a nice touch although we seldom needed it. The ocean breezes (and sounds of pounding surf) are heavenly. The home is perfectly situated near Hanalei and the town of Princeville, so easy access to so much! All in all, a perfect vacation!

Best Vacation Ever!!!

The house is amazing and the views are stunning from every room. The labeling of everything and instructions were very helpful, they supplied all the necessities and were very responsive with any questions/communication. We loved our welcome basket too! The location and neighborhood are great. We had albatross nesting right outside our door (the way they greet each other was so fun to watch/hear) and we saw a couple whales surface at a distance from the balcony. There is a shopping area within walking distance and the views along the way are stunning. It was truly heaven on earth!

Princeville Rental Experience

The house location above the ocean was beautiful. We had a large group for our return trip to Kauai and the house easily accommodated all of us. We often ate at the large table on the deck in the mornings or relaxed listening to the waves in the evenings after a full day. The kitchen offers a nice variety of appliances and cookware we were able to use for a few meals made during our stay. The trail down to the cove below the house is one block over off of Keoniana Rd at the circle. The walk down and the trail itself can be challenging for those with mobility issues but offers a breathtaking view of the Pacific. During our stay an egg hatched to a pair of Albatross nesting in front of the house. We often took walks in the neighborhood and talked with others vacationing or living in the area. It is truly a wonderful location and experience to treasure.

Absolutely beautiful!

What a beautiful location and house to spend time in! The beauty of the ocean, the sunrises and sunsets are amazing from this over the top wonderful home. You have to believe all the things people have written about this home and then think ,”self, add 100% more!” While staying here,don’t miss bathing under the stars or showering in the afternoon sun in the beautiful outdoor bathroom! Or, walking out of another master bedroom on to your lanai hammock to just lie there and watch the clouds pass by. From the endless supply of seasonings in the kitchen to the bicycles, water shoes, boogie boards and surf boards…this house just kept giving! Mahalo Surf Song!!!

Buyer Beware

Property was advertised to have air conditioning, it did not. One of the two main bathroom showers was actually outside, path to beach is not passable for anyone under the age of 12 and dangerous for adults as well. We were charged for items that were broken when we arrived, including the bed in guestroom and toaster. I would never recommend this house, Owner kept part of deposit for ridiculous reasons.

This home is lovely, we sure miss those views!

All along, Simon, the owner, was great to deal with, which made everything go so smoothly, and even was hands-on while we were on the island. The house is awesome, lots of space, clean, great bedding, and it has everything we needed. We loved the back deck and the large beautiful dining table outside. The grill is nice to be able to use. The hot tub was great. The weather was lousy, quite unusual apparently, as we never saw the sun! It was great to have all the bikes, boards and all other equipment available. The walk to the beach is a bit tricky and while we were there dangerously slippery so we were not able to use that beach at all, which also involves quite a bit of climbing over rocks anyways, so we just used our car and brought what we need to drive to any of the other beaches nearby on the rare occasion that it did not rain. Still had a great time and would recommend this wonderful house! It's 5 min from the grocery store and very conveniently located, if you want to be on the north side of the island.

For this much money*

Pros. Spectacular views, spacious home for a family of 8…on the deck and inside as well. Great location, very comfortable furniture and bedding. Perfect for family dinners inside and out. Ample parking for multiple cars. Cons… realizing inflation and demand pushed up rental prices, this was an expensive trip for our family. So we expected a bit more. We cook a lot…. So we were impacted by issues that could be easily remedied: New dishwasher: It’s very fussy and dated. New washer dryers: same… and one set seemed inoperable. Ice maker: perhaps the last guest was a big user of ice… but the ice maker couldn’t make ice for several days. Sprinkler system: ran all the time for hours BBQ. Starter didn’t work…needed a flame, and the one provided was used up. Grill is so old, I had to take grills off to get the flame to catch. It’s on a timer as well… which makes sense for a rental .. To be sure, for a family who ate out frequently, these would not be big issues. Would we come back yes… But for this price it be proper to service this lovely home a bit more often.

The view makes it

We stayed at Surf Song for 1 week in July 2023. 7 adults and 3 kids age 14,11, and 6. Code we were given to enter front door didn’t work- we had to call and leave msg for property manager. They called back about 25 min later and gave us a new code. While we were waiting for the code one of us walked around to the back of the property and found the back slider was unlocked- upon further inspection it does not have a functioning lock so it remained unlocked during our stay. Door handle of door to outside shower was broken and we requested it be fixed. They sent a repair person on our second day. Well stocked with beach towels, toilet paper, kitchen utensils/appliances. We requested directions to beach from property management but they never responded despite multiple requests. We finally found online- Sea Lodge Beach via Sea Lodge condos trailhead. The view was unbelievable, and we spent much of our time outside. Bedroom ACs were a must for July, very nice to have. One washing machine is finicky but one of us had the magic touch to get it started each time.

It’s all about the View

Walk in and be prepared to be awestruck by the million dollar view. With just a hint of the neighbor to the left, it is essentially a private outdoor space. With the living room doors completely open it becomes a vast indoor outdoor environment. (You do need to use the screens for flying insects.) The master to the right has the better bathroom but the one to the left has the outside bath. The en suite bathrooms were great for each family. The kitchen met all needs and Foodland was conveniently nearby. A prior review talked about updating the furniture and this had apparently been done by our visit. However the hammock pictured was only the frame and we were advised there was no hammock. We were provided with a YouTube video on how to get to the bay below. Ask for it and watch it to determine if the hike is worth your effort. We did private massages on the deck which was a perfect location. Yoga is great out there too. The hot tub was large and relaxing day and night. We were here for a wedding and if everyone has a car, parking can get tight. There is no on street parking in the community. The living room gets a bit dark at night as there is no overhead lighting so evening activities gravitated to the large dining room table. We were happy with our choice of stay and its contribution to our wedding memories.

The pictures don't do this property justice. The lanai is completely private with panoramic views of the ocean accompanied by the sound of waves crashing below. The rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. We cooked many meals here and found the cooking supplies suited our needs. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Great Ocean Front Home

The deck and view were amazing. House was well stocked- kitchen and bath basics, more than listing let on, which was helpful. 10 minute walk (ask the locals for the path) to beach right below the house. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Communication with management was a bit slow. I asked about a fan that wasn't working after two days of being in the house and they wrote back about check in time. Fan never got fixed and we were there 8 days. Bedrooms do have A/C, which was also nice and plenty of doors and windows to open. Overall, great place and would come back.
