For your comfort, there are memory-foam mattress, fine linen, plenty of luxurious towels in the house, all new utensils, cutlery and small

appliances. For your entertainment the house is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi internet, digital cable television and DVD players (TV sets are 50” in living and 32” in master). Location was terrific, great quiet residential neighborhood. Beautiful large back yard. Spacious living room, huge master bedroom, and beautiful walkable / bikeable surroundings with gorgeous trees. We loved seeing nenes and egrets all over the golf course. Close to the local Foodland grocery store. Fabulous stay. Well appointed kitchen. Tons of beach gear in the garage.

We loved our stay at the Paradise Retreat in Princeville!The house was enchanting, well cared for and stocked with everything we needed. The hot tubs were an extra bonus! the location was great for walking and heading out on sightseeing adventures.

We absolutely loved staying in this house! It had everything we needed and more. The host was easy to communicate with; always responded right away to any questions I had. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed getting some early evening walks. The appreciated the kitchen and all it had since we cooked there often. Also appreciated having the gas grill! There were 8 of us in our family staying there and we all had plenty of space. Little things like cards and a chess set were also enjoyed. I would choose to stay there again!

Its in a very nice neighborhood. The back yards do not have fences.The house is fantastic with elegant decorative tastes. All you need is there. The mini pool and hot tub were an added perk.

Beautiful property with the Hawaiian feeling and decor. It had everything we needed and was so comfortable. The area is beautiful too and made us feel special. We were thrilled to be able to walk to the cliff and enjoy a spectacular sunset.

Great Home

We spent a beautiful 10 days in Kauai and at this property. House was exactly as advertised. Gorgeous backyard area, well kept and very clean. Perfect distance to Makai golf course and north beaches. Laundry area in garage was super helpful in keeping the house cool in July. AC units worked great. We absolutely loved the outdoor areas and grill or cooked dinner almost every evening. Would definitely stay here again when back on the island. Thank you!

Family friendly

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the space and did lots of cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the backyard in the hot tub and plunger pool and the hammock. Lots of beach items to use for fun in the sun!

great place!

overall this was such a great space for our group! the yard was fantastic. The only thing was there was a listing photo that looked like another attached room with a larger bed upstairs but it was just a twin bed in a closet—not a deal breaker but just something to note if you’re looking at the photos!

Save your money

Very dirty rental, the kitchen was filthy! Hard to believe we were charged a cleaning fee when we had to clean it up to use it. My husband took a nasty fall as he reached for the filial (post at the end of the bed) getting up during the night and it was not attached to the bed. The BBQ was so dirty you couldn't use it. Very disappointing experience overall.

Princeville Paradise

It was such a privilege to stay in the beautiful home. We felt comfortable and had everything we needed for a week with our family. It was easy to make meals in the kitchen and plenty of space to hang as a group when we were home. We would definitely stay here again.

The home is comfortable, cozy, roomy, and interesting. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of towels, paper products and cleaning supplies. It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving dinner. It had a really good “vibe”. We loved it!

Island hop

Friends and I flew from Oahu to Kauai for a weekend staycation. This house is a perfect escape tucked into Princeville. The house is clean, backyard is beautiful, amenities are great. Comes stocked with so many things from spices to some toiletries.Messaged the owner about an Ac that had stopped working in one of the rooms and an issue with the oven but no biggie-got a super responsive and kind reply. Would definitely recommend this place and will be dreaming about returning soon!

Perfect getaway home

Well-equipped home. Clean, comfortable, and spacious. We only had 6 people but could've fit 6 more! Quiet neighborhood. Loved the walk to Queen's Bath. Short drive to grocery store. Only thing we missed was the plunge pool. There were 2 hot tubs in the large backyard.

A Home In Paradise

We came with a large family and it was perfect. Everyone had a space. It was a short walk to the queen's bath, which is also amazing. I highly recommend this space.
