Casa privata situata in una posizione privilegiata. L'accesso alla spiaggia è privato con viste favolose e passeggiate facili. veramente il miglior accesso alla spiaggia nella zona di Princeville. Vicino a tutte le spiagge preferite. Il vantaggio è che siamo a 2 minuti dal centro della città di Princeville (alimentari, negozi, gelati, ristoranti) a circa 5 minuti dalla bellissima città di Hanelai, ma non così vicino a tutto. Abbiamo davvero messo un sacco di amore nel decorare la nostra casa con letti comodi, lenzuola morbide di qualità, opere d'arte, pavimenti in travertino e bambù, bagni bellissimi e la mia preferita è la doccia privata sulla porta della giungla. Tutto è stato completamente ristrutturato. La cucina ha tutti i comfort per cucinare un buon pasto. Camera da letto principale ha un letto king size. Le finestre sopra gli alberi si sentivano come se fossi in una casa sull'albero con tutti i suoni cinguettanti della giungla. 2a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale e 3 ° ha 2 letti singoli. Sappiamo che amerete la nostra casa e vorrete tornare più e più volte. TA # T-116-496-5888

This was the most wonderful place to stay. Very clean, cool, in the jungle. We loved the whole house. Beds were comfortable and the location couldn’t be better. We loved walking down the street for the amazing views. We loved how close we were to the beach. The whole community was quiet and safe. Loved the sounds of the jungle at night.

Comfortable place/Perfect location

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely VRBO. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. As others have noted, Ofie is very responsive to any questions or issues. I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again. It was disappointing to find out when we got there that the HOA had required Ofie to disconnect the hot water from the outdoor shower but that was a manageable hiccup.Also….if you do stay here and see a sweet little orange stray cat around the place, please give her extra scratches for us. We fell in love!
We called her Cheese. :)

This home was the perfect for my family of 5 while visiting Kaua’i. It’s an amazing location, close to the shops/some good food and coffee, and very close to the beach. All of the beds were very comfortable! Also, the temperature was very comfortable at night with the windows open and the fans on, we even got a little chilly some nights. It was nice that every room had a ceiling fan and a box fan! The kitchen was well stocked with spices and all the things you need to cook meals there. Lastly, Ofie was so responsive and nice! We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to staying here again next time!

Wonderful location!

Six of us had a wonderful stay in the townhome for 10 nights in May 2025, and were very happy with nearly every aspect of our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering staying on the north shore. Here are some detail assessments:1) The location is definitely great! Grocery store is very close, great views and vegetation. Many beaches were within 15-20 min. The only downside is the townhome is very near the road, so some vehicle noise is common, but not extreme.2) The amenities were very good. The 3 bedrooms were fine, but the queen & king beds were very firm, and the only dresser was in the master bedroom. The kitchen was very nice and had all that we needed to make most of our meals there. The living room was large, and the small back porch was very nice in the morning!3) There are definitely chickens, so roosters will be crowing very early!4) The "beach access" descriptions is not accurate. The beach can be accessed by walking 1/2 mi down the road, which ends in a trail. The 1/2 mi trail, which is nice. takes you down to the beach. The beach is definitely worth going to- great trees, beautiful area, and great snorkeling at the end near the resort. I recommend parking at the end of the road if space is available!

Great Location in Hanalei/Princeville

This was a great place to stay in the Hanalei/Princeville area. The home is location just off the Kuhio highway and was easily accessible to all north shore activities. Our host, Ofie, was very responsive to our messages and was quick to provide his suggestions on activities and places to visit.

Perfect Location! Great Place

This condo is in the perfect location, just minutes from everything, including beautiful beaches, Foodland, and the cute town of Hanalei. We drove all over the island, and honestly, there wasn't a better location than this.

Family Spring Break Vacation

Perfect location for our family and our plans. Safe and convenient. Great host and readily available if necessary. Plenty of suggestions for local hikes. Thank you! Unit was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. At night left windows cracked and fans on and was very cool and comfortable night's sleep. We all enjoyed the snorkel and masks. Knee board too! MAHALO!

Beautiful property

Property was beautiful, clean and the host was responsive. Only downside was how far it was away from the activities we had planned. That was entirely our fault though. This was the first thing we booked. There are several beautiful Things nearby for us to enjoy.

Excellent Place to Stay

The location was perfect. We loved the walk from the townhouse to the beach. The little food shack had great breakfast bagels. Very clean. And well appointed. Great to have snorkel and beach gear available.

Lovely townhouse at a great price

This is a very nice townhouse. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. the beds were wonderful; the kitchen was great! (There is a microwave now!) Be aware that some of the pictures are a bit misleading because they are views that are not actually at the house. I was expecting to find the table with wine glasses outside our back door, but it was actually taken about a half mile down the road near the breakfast/lunch hut mentioned - which truly is amazing! We did find all those photo sites on our walks. It is a beautiful place! And "our beach" is a long, arduous walk away, not one where you can schlep your chairs, picnic lunch, towels, books, etc. through the forest. But it was an amazingly beautiful hike. For beach time, we packed our beach gear into the car and drove to nearby beaches. There are several, and they're incredibly beautiful! The house was a great location for getting to beaches, restaurants, grocery store, etc within minutes. The host provided beach gear, which we used. Like many places in Kauai, the house is not air-conditioned, but there were ceiling fans and box fans to keep the house comfortable. We were there in late July, early August and it was hot! One bedroom did not have cross ventilation and got pretty warm. Also, the house does not have 2 full bathrooms; it's a 1 1/2 bath with 2nd shower outdoors. We loved that shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach and for hair washing. All in all, a great place to stay for a great price.

Amazing time!

This property was everything we needed. There are plenty of windows and fans that kept us cool at night. The outdoor shower was wonderful! We utilized the kitchen for breakfast and dinner to help save us time and money. Wifi worked great and we had no problems with getting in and out. With all of the hiking we did, this was such a great place to rest and reset! Mahalo nui!

Great unit and location

We have been to Kauai a few times now and enjoyed our stay in this unit. Instructions are great. The owner was really responsive and helpful when we had issues with the WiFi and it all was fixed quickly. The unit is nice - even better than advertised in the photos! Plenty of space for our family and good access to everything in Princeville, Kīlauea, and Hanalei. It may be nice to have a bathmat upstairs and a couple extra wash cloths for the future but all the other amenities provided were great. Mahalo
