Una posizione rara: a piedi al vicino Sports Bar Restaurant con vista mozzafiato e un percorso per la spiaggia. Questa casa è spettacolare ... Situato al 2 ° Green del Makai Golf Course. La pianta spaziosa e le camere private sono solo alcune delle molte caratteristiche speciali di questa casa con giardino tropicale. Godetevi la cucina completamente attrezzata e grill barbecue a gas per le vostre avventure culinarie. Rilassati e ricaricati sui pati arredati. Ci sono più pati! Il grande balcone al piano superiore offre viste dinamiche sull'oceano e sul campo da golf. Il grande patio vista campo da golf al piano inferiore è ombreggiato, spazioso e fiancheggiato con piante tropicali su entrambi i lati.

Questa è una casa a 2 piani ideale per una fuga romantica privata o per l'intera famiglia.

Family island paradise

We took our children and their spouses to Kauai and loved our VRBO! It was perfect for us! Everyone had their own space and it was gorgeous and so clean! We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay. We especially enjoyed the outside patios where we spent quite a bit of our time. Loved the kitchen which had everything you could ever ask for. We had a great time & would recommend to others!!

This home was perfect for 4 couples. We all had our own room and the living room was large enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was large and had everything g you could want or need. The large lanai both on the main floor and the upstairs balcony were fabulous!! We loved the views and how spacious they were. Lots of coffee drank in the mornings on the main floor lanai. We loved watching the golfers each day!We had a hard time leaving, everyone wanted to stay. This home was clean, had laundry room and plenty of bathrooms. We all agreed we would love to stay here again sometime soon.

Perfection in Princeville!

We loved this property! The views, attention to detail, & layout were great for us. All the amenities needed & we could not stop talking about how comfortable the beds were. Neighbors were friendly. Truly a wonderful time & definitely recommend!

Gorgeous Princeville Getaway

Absolutely loved this well appointed & comfortable home for a 5-day pre-Christmas stay with our 4 adult kids. It’s location on 2nd hole of the Maki GC was lovely, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were just steps away from the Hanalei Bay Resort, which included several restaurants. Also loved that a bit further on we had access to the gorgeous beach & bar at the fabulous One Resort.

Perfect house for a family vacation

The house was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable (great mattresses!!!). Plenty of room for 8+, huge, well stocked and organized kitchen. Views of both ocean and golf. We had a great time, and plan to come back!

Family vacation

This property was gorgeous! We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful home and were surprised every day by the breathtaking views that surrounded it. We enjoyed all of the walking paths in the neighborhood and the bikes and snorkel gear that was provided. What a bonus to have Queens Bath and Hideaway Beach within walking distance of the house! We would love to vacation here again!

Really nice trip and location. We used the deck upstairs a lot and the beds were quite comfortable. Everything is there that you need including all the beach stuff which was awesome. Thanks!!

Kauai family vacation

House was clean and comfortable as advertised. The setting of the house is beautiful and it is conveniently located for sightseeing and golf. The only slight downsides are its location right on the golf course (course management and mowing starts before dawn) and noisy neighbors.

Very nice property. Clean, well decorated, open space. Plenty of room. Kitchen well equipped. Nice area upstairs overlooking golf course for coffee in morning and/or drinks at night. Would recommend to others.

Many hikes

House was great for our family. 6 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of room and allowed us to get to numerous beaches and hikes and beaches with turtles to be seen snorkeling. Shells were found and store was close by

This property beat all expectations we all could have imagined! The property was clean, ready on time, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The hosts have every appliance you could ever need and supply guests with anything they may need including fins, snorkels, and water shoes. Beautiful property

Wonderful house! We were 4 adults and 3 teens/tweens and had plenty of room. All beds were very comfortable. Lots of beach gear in the garage (chairs, snorkel equipment), well equipped kitchen. Note that golf course maintenance starts around 6 am (quite loud in the upstairs master bedroom, so early risers or heavy sleepers should choose that room 😊). The bathroom upstairs is large and amazing. Overall, we had a great stay.

Beautiful Home

Well kept home in a very nice location. Very enjoyable house with everything you need. Home was very roomy and comfortable and inviting. Kitchen full of new appliances and utensils. Everything in great condition. Bedrooms very spacious and perfect. Especially liked the use of 4 bikes in the garage and beach chairs.

PERFECT multi-generation vacation home

The entire family was happy with our stay here. This included a twenty something with parents, to an 80 year old & others. We were pleasantly surprised with the proximity to a couple restaurants 3 driveways down, which had SPECTACULAR views & service. They accommodated our group six of 6 w/o reservations on a couple occasions. The view overlooking the golf course was amazing from the patio & balcony off the master. Our daughter loved her mountain view from her bedroom. The laundry, # of bathrooms, control over AC, kitchen, beach supplies & more made our stay ideal! We highly recommend this home, for your ultimate vacation stay with a group! Thank You so much!

Gorgeous home in paradise

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious home in Princeville that had every amenity our family enjoyed. The home is comfortable, roomy, with a great kitchen, comfy beds, and lanais that were wonderful, especially the large one off the master bedroom which had a view of the golf course and the ocean beyond. The garage had bikes, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and even a surfboard! It was the perfect home to enjoy with our family. We will be back.

This is the place to stay!

Beautiful views from this well stocked and amazing house. We didn’t lack for anything while we cooked many meals there. The mattresses were so comfortable. The golf course community was beautiful and there were stores close by. We walked across the street to the restaurant and the views from there were incredible. We enjoyed live music. So impressed with the great communication with hosts. You will NOT be disappointed with this gorgeous home.

Family vacation

This location is paradise. Mountain view from the front. Ocean view from the back. Very close to beaches. Car rental is recommended to explore the entire island. House is not fully wheelchair accessible. My husband had to transfer using crutches and no shower chair. We rented shower chair at local medical supply. Highly recommend this property.
